Dreamstime.com / Re: Anyone exclusive on DT?

I had the same question as the OP and wanted to bring back this thread.  I read all the time about the pros and cons of IS exclusives, but would really like to hear from exclusives at Dreamstime.

SV has been doing surprisingly well for me this month. BME again, almost as good as BS and better than 123.

What percentage of your sales are subscription?  I'm wondering if the majority of their customers buy subscription plans.

Thanks for everything MIZ, I'll miss you.  Rest in Peace.

I just checked and saw the same message.  I emailed Elena to get an explanation.

I quit uploading JPG illustrations to Istock because of the consistent rejections...."not quite what we're looking for".  I'm glad SS, DT, StockXpert take them because they sell much better than my photographs (I really need to work on my camera skills more).

Hey Miz, I think I have the same dreadful disease.  I may have caught it from you.  More and more of my approved images are photoshop creations.  It is your fault, I started watching your tutorials and this disease began to spread.  I still enjoy taking pictures with my 40D and L lenses........when I can get myself away from the computer ;)

Yes, they are doing much better now.  I noticed my last two batches being reviewed within 2-3 days rather than 7 or more.

I've had the same problem for quite some time.  I use the non-secure:

Has anybody ever had an isolated anything rejected by them?

Yes, I have.  And they have all been accepted to at least 4 other sites.  I'm at a loss as to what to submit.

I've got 25 still pending, some from March 27.

Thought I'd share my first sale at Featurepics.

I've been submitting to them since January with high hopes that I might get an occasional sale.  Well, I couldn't believe it when I saw a download today - one of my funky photoshop abstracts.  I set all my abstracts at $10 with resizing and it sold at the second smallest size giving me a profit of $2.92.

There is hope.

Congratulations on your terrific progress Mark.   You are about 3 months ahead of me in this business so I keep up with your portfolio.  Continue to inspire me, I need it :)

Congratulations Mark!  I haven't sold one there yet, but I'm encouraged.

I can answer that since I've been there a couple of times, it's in the beginning part of the message.

What about the Canon Powershot S70?  Would it be a reasonable good camera for stock?

Good job! Thanks!!
