My original question was going to be this: "Is there any way to see the downloads and/or earnings stats for EVO images?" I'm an EVO submitter but was trying to work out whether it's actually worth submitting images to the EVO section or whether they'll just sell better as regular sub available images. Though with the way earnings are headed there its becoming more of a moot question.

An artifact (along with an "overfiltering") is a button pushed by an expert iStock reviewer when he doesn't like your name or just had a fight with his girlfriend and can't think of a legitimate reason to reject a perfectly good photo.

Hi, Ben. We're unable to locate the email. Did you send it to [email protected]?
I used the "contact support" link in your website while logged in to my account and providing all the details it asked...so no, it's not an "email vanished" thing. More likely some support guy didn't feel it worth the time to reply so he just hit the delete button.

Yep, still non-existent.
It's not a big issue so I can't be assed with live chat or twittering or whatever other alternative nonsense ways they can come up with...my first mail should have been replied to, simple as that.

out of curiosity what's the rationale for putting some images as exclusive @ fotolia and spreading the others around the different ports? How do you determine which shots you'll put exclusive and which you'll spread?
For me I also find my fotolia sales no where near that high (though in the last year it's gone from a solid #4 to a solid a #2, things are really picking up there). Shutterstock still makes almost as much as all the other agencies combined so I can't justify putting any images exclusive anywhere, that's aside from the whole theory of not putting eggs in one basket and expecting eb & flow of different agencies, different pics etc

It's not often I have need of contacting support on any of these sites, but a week or so ago I shot off a message to 123rf's support with a pretty simple question....no reply at all thus far...is that normal?

I just spent a few very frustrating mins trying to figure this out...pretty stupid rule, especially for those of us that have folios linked and are registered in the rankings for iStock & Dreamstime...
