Don't worry. It's probably a server-cache thing. If you didn't receive any refund email it means no file was refunded. The same happened to me many times.

You're right those were December sales. However, I had like 10$ or so in sales from PP in December, so I don't where 0.4$ came from? Since I opted-out from PP I don't have any PP details anymore.

Try (while logged in) going to this page - it's my uploads but the PP data. The link to it, for me, is on the left side of the my_uploads.php page but perhaps that's gone for you now you opted out?

Thanks! Yes, it's confirmed, I opted-out from all PPs.

Okay, so I opted-out from Partner Program 10 days ago. But yesterday I received as usual... a miserable 0.40$ for some PP sale. How can I know that I really deactivated all files from PP?

PP sales are posted once a month - mid to end - for the prior month. So we just finished (I think) seeing the December PP sales. I would expect you'd see sales posted in mid-February for files that were for sale in the first part of January.

What was the date for this 40 cent sale?

^^ I don't think so. The graph pattern clearly resembles the SS one and they are almost identical in shape. I personally know several buyers and one agency and I got the impression that they are waiting to see if the iS situation will sort out. People still remember what iS used to be, however this can be the last chance for them to recover. But I don't think it's over yet.

Switch the Alexa graph to show max and you'll see that is just the recovery after the Dec end Jan start slump that happens every year

I wasn't comparing dates, but relation between iS and SS.

For me, January 2013 is the worst month since I began working for iS more seriously. It's not just the regular best match changes that used to happen and shift the numbers. This was something so much worse and very very odd. I almost stopped selling my backbone bestsellers and E+ files.

But, if we look at alexa rankings it does look that iS is slightly improving in terms of traffic, reach and pageviews. At one point we can see that iS & SS touched. While that's kind of pathetic (highest point of iS touching lowest of SS), it is improving.
