via web upload: "We can't accept the following files because we don't support that file type:" all jpg files with same error and via ftp, the half of images are mising, and the other lost the keywords and titles  somebody more with same problems?

i think people are messing with the poll for a long time now. the numbers dont add up. i think the poll has become fairly useless bar the glaringly obvious fact that ss is still the biggest earner for most
I think that the poll must be separated in potos and vector, It's not the same list for all

I have 4206 images in SS, but in image gallery there are only about 1500. I checked other galleries of other people and the same. the gallery are not complete
anyone know anything about this?

I did it too, I have the answer now, thanks To resolve this problem you need to go to the Fotolia settings in StockSubmitter, click "Check settings" button and then Save settings.
The upload will work again.

Yes me too, I have sales with old files, but new ones has a few sales and sometimes a new one has many sales after some weeks, it is some extrange But back to the OP, I'm only having good days after good days at SS

from my point of view as vector contributor there is a jump in sales, I attached a chart with data from multiple users vectors. It is clear that there is a jump in the evolution of sales. new files has not sales and down quickly

me too, 2 days with refunds more than 20  if somebody steal images to fotolia is not my problem, but fotolia thinks is better I pay by them, good deal

Hello Beppe, It's easy 1 - file/ add new files--> select 1 eps and 1 big jpg (with same name) 2- upload tab--> double click over the new file, put keywords and categories and move the file from left side to right side with ">> button" and press start uploads button trick: yo can copy categories and keywords from other old files to save time Roverto I am restarting this old because I need some help.
I have found a about Deepmeta on the iStock forum, but frankly I have no time to read all the 96 pages
So, I have tried to upload some vectors with Deepmeta (last version), but with no success.
I have uploaded the eps file and the related jpg.
The eps picks correctly the metadata from the jpg, but when I upload I get an error message: "You must upload a sample".
So, how to attach the jpg to the eps?
Or what else?
Thank you for any simple explanation.
