The most important point to remember with Shutterstock is that Jon Oringer and his side kick Stan Pavlovsky are ripping you off.

Whatever you are making, they are stealing a vast amount more than you are getting in cash.

Just like with every other company in the world?
no Stocksy is different and Adobe has to care for photographers to some extent because they are one of their main customers especially if they don't do any stock but a further devaluing of pictures is something no photographer wanna see

Wow after two years I've made a sale at 500px again this time a whopping 6 Cent lol. This agency is such a joke!

In Microstock I will concentrate on Adobe the upload process with automated keywording is really good and Adobe seems to be a lot fairer as SS. The others with exception of SS are really not worth the effort anymore.
But most effort I will put in Stocksy and Arcangel I'm really tired of the low prices at Microstock my goal for 2022 is to get an additional 1000 images accepted at those two sites.

Hi what is this new option: 'Open the maximum service possibilities with similar and trending works?' and does it cost extra?
Also why on the site it says I have unlimited submissions with iStockESP while in reality I can't upload at all?
Thanks in advance!

I'm so happy that I removed all my content from Deposhit long ago, they have always been fishy and certainly not worth the uploading (sales-wise)

Could one be clarify this? Upfront payment to Wirestock is not limited for one year? It is free forever? Thanks in advance!

HOLD IT TO THE END.

I have sold before the crash in the morning.
a few days earlier you recommended an inexperienced fellow artist to buy and hold it to the end and now you are bragging that you sold it just right before the downfall, there is only one word to describe people like you: make your own conclusions but I've made mine!

I stopped using models for microstock long ago you can't get your money back with these low earnings anymore and the pictures got misused all the time and are embarrassing the models I once used.

You clearly don't know what a Ponzi scheme is saying crypto in general is a Ponzi scheme is like saying gold is a Ponzi scheme, of course some of the cryptos needed to be avoided so you need to do a full research before investing in one but you don't understand neither the technology nor the power or the idea of a decentralized finance system. Crypto has mighty opponents because it takes power away from the banksters and the governments but the genie is out of the bottle and there is no way back. You are right that for a huge part of the population the blockchain technology at the moment doesn't mean anything it's the same with internet 25 years ago the internet doesn't mean anything to a huge part of the population. It is still early days in crypto so where will a lot of rewards for the people to jump in early it will remain highly volatile for the time being but it will succeed.

All cryptos are the same, a Ponzi scheme. Most of my money is in bitcoins, but I can't see any problem with doge. At the end of the day what you really need to know is you can't invest money in these things if you are not ready to lose it.

Is just gambling.
You either don't understand what a Ponzi scheme is or you don't understand the blockchain technology from your post I'm assuming you don't understand both at all.
Yes people which get earlier in cryptos get higher rewarded than people that go later in crypto because they are taking a higher risk but everyone wins not a Ponzi scheme at all. The blockchain technology is a revolution you need to get yourself informed.

But they do suck! Actually they suck big time! A billionaire with a thin skin lol he could afford some courses but it's easier to deny the truth!

yes very probably that it will burst, they just speculate for Elons appearance on SNF that is the reason it is/was going up the last days!

uuh no Doge doesn't have good tokenomics hold Ethereum, BTC or ADA but not Doge, one wallet holds about 20% of all Dogecoins you are just making a rich person richer, you can speculate with doge that's okay if you know what you are doing but don't hold!

Does anyone know a good and cheap retouching service? I got spammed from retouching service all the time but I would know from someone else who's got actually experience with it. Any recommendations?
Thanks in advance!

Eyeem now only 35% commission when did this happen? This means that in reality it is 7% commission as by far most sales actually still come from Getty so from the 20% of Getty that they receive we only get 35% that means only 7% effective commission this sucks big time!!

Took me only minutes to close my account...

Thanks, interesting reading. At least the levels are for minimum of12 months when you move up.

Also since I didn't know, partners are Getty and Adobe? Like others, the artists get a percentage of the leftover percentage?
yes they get a percentage of the leftover percentage and they only get 20% from Getty so even 50% was just 10% commission in reality now it is even less!

General Stock Discussion / EyeEm now even less than 10% commission
« on: December 22, 2020, 09:30 »
With Eyeem you got mainly sales via Getty that did results in a 10% commission.(20% Getty and from that 50% from EyeEm)
Now they claim that they are not sustainable and so the reduce the commission even further.
I actually liked them in the past now they I can clearly say they suck big time!
