Hello everyone!

A question for all those who create 3D renders. Have you ever had your renders rejected because they were deemed to be generated by artificial intelligence? I've experienced this rejection on almost all platforms and had to email support to prove that I made them in Blender and not with AI. Do you have any methods to avoid such rejections? Honestly, it's tiring to constantly prove that something can be done without AI.

Best regards,
Michal

I have the same information on the contributor page. My vectors in .ai format have been waiting for review for 2 months. I guess we have to wait until the issue is fixed.

I have the same error, the AI mark was placed on images that I did not take with an AI program. Fortunately, it affected only 3 out of 1500 images (all were png illustrations with transparent backgrounds). Everything was fine with the vectors. I reported it, I hope it will be fixed soon.

I emailed them about one month ago and I am still waiting for a response..  :o

I have never submitted anything generated by AI, and now, while reviewing my portfolio, I found 24 renders marked as generated by AI. All of them are renders from Blender 3D. Is this some new algorithm? Is AI searching for AI?

No. It is human mistake.  8)
Adobe moderators can't spot difference between Ai Gen and 3D render anymore and with this Adobe new politics to swallow anything they simply mark that as AI GEN and accept file.
Which is, by my opinion, far less disrespect toward contributor files than the rest of new Adobe rules of acceptance.
Even that they OWN rule is that AI generated content  MUST BE stated as one in order to be accepted to a collection.

The problem is that my illustrations (3D renders) from the period before the ability of AI to generate them have been incorrectly marked by moderators as AI-generated. For newly uploaded illustrations, I always add a note stating that they are 3D renders to avoid any doubts for moderators.

Another thing, I emailed the support (as Mat recommended) and have not received a response for two weeks. The illustrations that were changed to AI-generated continue to be labeled as such. The issue seems to be widespread because I have noticed the same incorrect labels for other artists who also have 3D renders.

Has anyone else managed to successfully resolve the issue and have the labeling changed back to regular illustrations?

I was going to upload 1 non-AI photo now, but saw the new disclaimer that scared me and decided not to upload.  I don't want to risk myself losing my monthly royalty just because of 1 photo Adobe Stock may think they see recognizable faces or trademark I don't see and am not aware of.

It's Adobe Stock's job to find recognizable faces or trademark/logo and reject photos/clips imo.  And in the past, Adobe Stock and all other agencies just rejected those with model release/trademark issues, not ban you and close your account.  If they say they'll close your account just because you uploaded photo/clip that contains recognizable face without model release or brand logo/trademark, I can't upload anymore.  They got to clarify this.  One strike and you lose your account with thousands of photos generating steady revenue?

I have the same feelings. In the past, if you sent a photo with a visible logo or potentially infringing copyright, the image was rejected and you either retouched what was needed or did not send similar images. If such windows pop up, I see no point in sending anything at the moment. I don't want to lose my source of income. I am also seriously considering removing my content that is already in the queue for review, these are not AI generated images.

Then why have reviewers if we need to know everything anyway? it's all starting to feel like walking through a minefield.

One of my bestsellers, despite still being in second place in search results on SS, suddenly stopped selling. Since the beginning of June, it seems to have disappeared from search results altogether.

I have also noticed a significant drop in sales from the US for the past month, so the varying search results for different regions seem to be true. :o

I don't know what happened with sales in June on Shutterstock, but the number of sales is half of what it used to be compared to the average of the past several months.

I have a feeling that they made changes to the search results because my bestsellers have stopped selling. Generally, sales have been stable (fluctuating by a few percentages), but June saw a 50% drop overnight! Has anyone else experienced this?

The only thing I've noticed is better sales of new files, but that doesn't compensate for the decline. >:(

Hi, I noticed strong sales drop since monday 21  >:(. I still cant find out where the problem is? Search engine shows results as usual (i'm from Europe). Maybe is caused by upcoming holiday season, Who knows?
