I am submitting videos to various different agencies. Unfortunately, they do not all have the same max size requirement, which means a single export cannot suit them all, unless I settle for the same lesser quality file (smallest in size) being also sent to the agencies that would otherwise allow bigger files than that.
Generally, in order to suit all agency size requirements, shorter files can be exported in these two codecs: ProRes 422 HQ & ProRes 422 (422 for those few agencies that find 422 HQ export too big), while longer ones have to be exported in ProRes 422 & ProRes 422 LT (LT for those agencies that find 422 export too big).
I don't want to export all files under 3500 Mb in size, just because Dreamstime for instance does not accept bigger files than that. For contrast, iStock allows 5000 Mb.
Is there any way I could export 2 or 3 versions (covering the max size requirements by the agencies), then have Stocksubmitter automatically send the best quality file available to each agency, based on their limitations?
SUMMARY / TLDR:
Can I provide Stocksubmitter with several versions of the same project (differently encoded), then have it automatically submit different files to different agencies based on their size/codec limitations, while stile have it count as the same file in StockSubmitter library of submissions (for future metadata editing and tracking purposes).
Thanks!
