I've sent many times a new W-8BEN form as requested on the website and it has never been reviewed, I've got no email, nothing, usually it takes 2 days for approval. What happen with this site ? I've 100$ to withdraw and I don't want 30% taxes because of their inaction.

I have 4500+ images on Shutterstock I've opted out on 1st June As my actual low income doesn't permit me to stay opt out i've decided to opt on again in October, actually I have 0 images online in my portfolio, I've tried to upload 16 new photos and they are now online, only 4500+ are missing !! I've also asked to Shutterstock about the glitch and I had the same answer as you. Maybe it's not a glitch and only a punishment to those who opted out ...who knows ?

So when you disable, are the files deleted? My portfolio now shows 0 files. Not that I care if they're deleted. Just curious. I guess not, it can takes also many hours for the files appear again, i just hope tomorrow i can turn it off again.

Yes. My portfolio count went down in fits and starts and finally reached zero. I also saw that when the count on the screen you showed was one number, if you clicked on the portfolio link right there it'd show a different number.
It'll all go to zero shortly Ok, i've understood too late and opt in to check if something change, now i can't opt out again  , i hope i can do it very soon .

There's something strange, i've opt out for 7000+ photos and 500+ video selling, when i'm consulting my dashboard I can see now there is still 970 photos in my portfolio, that's means nothing !!!! Contributors who have opted out, do you encountering the same issue ?

It's very simple : since 2018 the incomes have dropped by 50% for me on this site, suddenly ! and also : -The ftp of the site is the slowest of all the web. -The importation is almost broken, it takes hours to import 10 files, after you can forgot to add the releases. -the new menu is simply made to avoid contributors to upload and to participate Worst site evolution possible

Hi Mat, I'm encountering a problem : - I have two Fotolia accounts : one on Fotolia US and another one on the French site. Why ? Because 10 years ago i started to sell on the US site then I decided to continue on the French one because 1$ = 1, so it's much more interesting for me (as I'm French) to sell there. - Now I have synchronized my French Fotolia Account with Adobe ....OK ! - But how can i Synchronize my old Fotolia US account who is still give me some gains ? Long time ago i've asked to Fotolia to join the 2 Accounts and they told me it was impossible... -Another question : after the closing of Fotolia, will the earning will stay in for old European accounts ? Cos there is a huge difference of earnings (20% more) corresponding of the higher cost of life there, if we are losing this with the switch to Adobe, it's just unfair ! Thanks for your help, maybe Im not the only one in this case .

OMG! What is this crap ? It was one of the fastest site to upload with a clear visibility until they changed the process with tons of pages to open to see NOTHING ! Hey Shutterstock it's a tool for submitting, not a decorated christmas tree we need for uploading our work ! Some months before they have destroyed the so clear and easy earning reports by adding menu and pages and now they done the worst possible job with the submitter page !

Ah ah ah, oh thanks, i was in travel at this time ! oooohh they can wait for centuries before I start uploading even a photo of dust, that's totally a silly move, i wasn't a big sellers there, but i sold regularly each month from 30 to 70 $, if they deleted thousands of equivalent portfolio, it's a big loss for them . Im going to delete the 5 left and closing my account then send a goodbye to these stupid crooks .

I used to sell every month on Photodune and last month when I checked the stats i saw 0 sales and almost all my portoflio deleted, noly 5 images are remaining without previous advert, including the good sellers items ! Is it a joke, a hack or are they going totally mad in this website ? I've sent a request and i've got this stupid reply : "I looked into this and it seems like you have not sold any items in June. I'm sorry to hear about the recent drop in your sales. There are always fluctuations, but overall marketplace health is very good. Buyer trends, tastes, and the competition available are all fluid targets, but it's what drives this quick evolving world of digital sales. (If it was easy, everyone would do it, right?) It's hard to really pinpoint what causes downturns. If we knew that, we would definitely share it so you could take advantage of buyer needs. I would focus on continuing to make a name for yourself, supporting buyers, and releasing updates and brand new items. It all helps, even little by little! I hope that helps, please hang in there!" Is it a robot or a human behind these sentences ? How can a professional site can be so inconsistent and outrageous ? Does they contest with Getty to win the price of the best photography crooks of the year ?

Ok, now i've already received an answer from the support with a link on ESP, I can now login and I've recovered my portfolio and sales reports, anyway it's ending in February, does that means the sales are now stopped for non exclusives contributors ?
