@ Mat Hayward https://stock.adobe.com/search?k=%22japan+web%2228,968 files NOT identified by checking the box Created using generative AI tools. And that is just a small amount of "vectors" created by AI which are accepted in a collection without being stated as a AI generated content. I strongly think that accepting those files on a daily bases , as regular vector files, harms both contributors and buyers.

I strongly feel that those AI vectors are approved deliberate. 28K of files can't be accepted by mistake. Even when they are wrongly tagged - not marked as gen AI.
I'm not sure that Mat have seen this post of mine.
P.S. What is also can be seen : more and more "logos" and simple "icons" which are created with AI is accepted in the collection. No need to emphasize that they are also not marked as gen AI.

It is all AI generated content. Vector AI generators export "creations" in SVG file. That is how that person create such a big number of files.
Any vector creator would prefer to save work as EPS or Ai (adobe illustrator file) .
Anyone who create vectors know that it is impossible to create such number of vectors in such a short time. Adobe policy that newbies can upload 500 files is the reason why that person use so many accounts.
Anyhow, what I wish to say is that Adobe accept and SELL - AI generated files as "vectors" without clear declaration that it is AI generated content.
First of all, it is not fair for vector contributors that their artwork is in the same rank with those AI "created" files. It is also not fair toward other contributors which are threatened by those upload pop up window which states that account may be suspended if AI content isn't declared while submission. Second, aren't that something that can be deceiving buyers ?

I have been doing this for nearly 20 years.
Woooooow ! Nearly 20 years ? And your photos still look like they are created with mobile phone for the social media story post : "look what I just eat for breakfast" ? Well...

The apple logo is so easy to spot, sad.
fwiw today I had an ai image declined, the rest accepted..looked at the file again...the reviewer was right!
It is an easy to fix problem and I resubmitted.
So somebody is clearly working as intended.
So....when you make a mistake by "creating" Ai "work" and not see logo (or whatever mistake) in YOUR OWN file and you even didn't see it while submitting is just a mistake but when reviewer make a mistake it is clearly intended ? Or you just have double standards in life ?

Based on what I'm seeing, Adobe has no interest in weeding out IP problems with the AI collection. There was one image in the "Relevant" sort order, top half of first page, with boxes and the amazon prime logo. That image was no longer available (which begs the question as to why they can't update the search faster), but a whole pile (28 right now) of other images with the logo were still available from the same contributor's portfolio (link removed now the images have been removed).
Whoever removed the one image didn't think to look and see if there were more???
And apple logos are still coming through in new approvals - they are just not bothering. If they can't even shut off the problem with new approvals, why waste our time helping them clean things up in the existing 12+ million?
Edited to add that all 28 of those boxes have been "disappeared".
It seems that Adobe moderation team is based outside USA considering that they are not familiar with Amazon logo.

What the customers buy is favored. As it should be.
Have ever seen bestselling images from the real world in stock?
Usually it is all fake smiles and thumbs up.
And that brings in the money.
If it is so....why don't you do it ? Why don't you create bestselling images from the real world in stock? Why do you take instagram/fb/social media quality photos of your breakfast/dinner/lunch ?

" Submitted last month " -what a pathetic message
I have some files with "Submitted 2 months ago"...
In a funny way I am glad that you wait 2 months. That "Submitted 2 months ago" of yours state one thing only : that you are Ai "artist" which existence in a stock industry is actually cause of this all review time problem and this whole Ai charade.

Hi everyone,
I'm announcing a big update in the workflow for those of you submitting generative AI images to Adobe Stock. With the successful launch of the search filter and generative AI display in the customer facing site, we are no longer requiring you add "generative AI" to your title or keywords. Effective immediately, you can stop adding "generative AI" to your title and keywords if you prefer.
It is VERY important you continue to select the "created using generative AI tools" checkbox and that you submit your generative AI content as an illustration. Let me know if you have any questions.
Thank you,
Mat Hayward
Do you realize that no one of AI uploaders is forced to select that option ? Do you realize that yellow bar in upload section does nothing to force them to upload AI content as they are pleased to ? Do you realize that AI content is uploaded even as photos ? And there is nothing to stop AI uploaders to do so ? Do you realize that AI content is uploaded even as vectors ? And there is nothing to stop AI uploaders to do so ? Simply look at new photos or vectors in collection, you'll see what I am talking about. Do you realize that there is various groups on social media that are posting, on daily bases, basically content with how to F**K Adobe and submit AI content? Do you realize how much it is demotivational for your contributors to wait 28 days for moderation and we all know that cause of that is AI pandemic ? Do you realize how much it is demotivational for your photo/vector/illustration contributors to see that blurry AI "art" with deformed faces and hands are accepted ? Do you realize how much your AI acceptance with no quality standards harm your photo/vector/illustration contributors ?
And what does MatHayward have to do with it? Does he decide whether or not to accept AI content? What are you so afraid of, competition? About 10 years ago, stock site databases began to grow, and everyone was screaming that everyone would go bankrupt, that income would fall, etc. Outside the window is 2023, and bases of several tens of millions of content do not greatly affect the income of authors. At the expense of AI content, which one of the authors does not mark as AI content, well, here on the forum I have already discussed this issue, programs that create AI add this information to the file metadata. As a result, such an author will be banned from Adobe. Not to mention the fact that there will not be many such authors initially. In short, do not hysteria.
There are two types of contributors, people that play by the rules and people that don't. It is simple as that. Problem is that AI "authors" which doesn't play by the rules are NOT , and it seems that they will NOT be, banned from Adobe. Even as this Ai "wild west" upload situation getting worse and worse on daily basis. I strongly think that Adobe suppose to protect their contributors by punishing those who doesn't play by the rules. And by the way....If you in that post of mine found Mat directly and not Adobe...Maybe you should try thinking out of the box. In short, use brain.

More and more AI content is added to a vector collection ? ? How it is possible ? ?? And Adobe still doesn't punish fraudulent uploaders.

Good to see that Mat is here and well.
P.S. I am still more and more convinced that Adobe moderation team is full of incompetent people with no previous knowledge about art or photography that "passed" some kind of a week or so training that they received from "experienced" coworkers.

@svh
"But I have a passion, which is photography. I use microstock to understand the value of my photography. Are people willing to buy it or not? I am obviously not in my place there because I only submit photography that I like to shoot and not what the market might actually need. And I am fine with that. It is not my goal to be the best. I am just measuring for myself."
What you are saying is, you are an amateur photographer with no interest to understand the actual needs of the customers.
That is why it is unlikely you will make reliable money from stock.
Stock is a service oriented business, not a self discovery journey. We don't make the content for ourselves, we make it for the customers and their projects.
You come into a professional business forum then proceed to judge and lecture the people that do this for a living.
You might as well enter a forum that supports the techs who sell and repair washing machines. Then proceed to criticize and belittle people while they are actually working.
And you don't even notice how out of place you are.
But we get your kind all the time, usually male, retired, bored and in love with their overpriced camera gear.
Have fun, while you are here, but you will get bored and move on sooner or later.
While we will still be here in 20 years.

Just as an example

my eyeem lifetime earnings - How did I do that?
Worst part of this business is that so many people call their online images - stock photo portfolio and get accepted by agencies since Shutterstock lowered acceptance standard. While it is basically social media posts lookalike images about their breakfast, lunch, dinner with keywords. 10 years ago that content would be rejected with a shovel. P.S. That lifetime earnings many people from this forum earn in a month so there is no point for trying to brag with it. It just states that you are interested in nothing else but the money which was obvious before, with your AI content advocating and so many posts about that on this forum. P.S.S. How did they do that ? By submitting quality stock content, not just random snack images.
