Try to put your SSD on a desktop PC and see if you can find / recover your files. But I suggest after to delete all partitions and make a full format. I hope you will succeed !

Hello, I tried to lift my limits couple a months ago but I have not succeed I sent to them all the paper (id's, credit card, and so on). I sent several emails but did not receive any answer. I attached a print screen with my account status. As you can see in the picture, at the top, is a message: "More information required to comply with EU regulations and lift your account limits" but I don't know what I must do Thanks !
