But still no video playback on tagging page.  All other sites do video clip playback but not the Shutterstock which is bigger than others.  I don't understand why.

can't see the whole file name that I describe what the clip is.  I hope they'll do something about it.  I wonder why it's so difficult to play the video on it's tagging page so that contributors can see what the video is about and apply more precise tags.  Shutterstock if you are listening, please do something!!

Maybe my buyers have moved to VideoBlocks which is not a bad thing because I get more royalty per clip there.

I only have a small video portfolio but used to sell something every month with Pond5.  My last video sale was in November last year.  Sold 4 stills since then, so now I'm selling more stills than video there.  That's a big change.  Noticed a slight increase in video sales with SS, so I will have to upload more there, seems a waste of time with Pond5, if they have stopped selling my clips.

This morning I suddenly can't login to ESP. The login page just refreshes without giving me any kind of error. Can you guys login?

Maybe they are trying to stop mass exodus of contributors after I quit.

On the pull-down menu, category=Updating my account, Subcategory=I would like to close my account.

They'll send you email asking you to confirm.  So, do the same again sending message via "Contact Us".

Pixta have new FTPs for uploading footage but say that the old ones will still be working for a while. I've been using the old ones since they announced this a few months ago. Now I can't get any of the FTP addresses to work. I've tried all the locations for both old and new ones.

Is anyone else having this problem or is it my settings?

Sales are very rare there.  I regret uploading there.  It's a waste of time.
