I'm living in France and i made a big mistake too: My first account was in euro, but i was thinking it was not possible to upload english keywords on the european fotolia site! So I created a second account on the american site and start to upload there. Two years after, i started to upload my new pictures on the european site and keep my american one, before that, i asked at fotolia if it's possible to have two account, and they answer me it's not a problem if the pictures are not in double! So i have two fotolia accounts with different pictures, that's not the best solution for the ranking, but euro commission is interesting too.

I just discover the P+ collection today here! Let's try for my 60 more downloaded pictures! Sells are falling deeply for me too, maybe 40% less than last year. Let's see the effect of P+, i will inform you as soon as can see some results!

Bob, maybe there is a glitch : -I've sent a file on shutterstock using your downsize tool to 10mpx and the pictures doesn't appear in the shutterstock queue, it seems it's not uploaded! the same picture not downsized is at the queue at the others sites.

Bob, I don't have time actually to contact Alamy, if you already tried two times without success, it's not me who gonna change something. As you are the developer of picworkflow, it's up to you...
We have actually two isyndica remplacement: one permit to send to all photography agencies and don't permit to video ones, the other (picworkflow) missing alamy and resize pictures option.

Thanks, but it's too complicated to use and take long time, also visibility is impossible: title, description and keywords are mixed on the same line and i hate csv. Also, there's the other problems of new keywords appearing, some files have now 54 keywords instead of 40! that's a real mess!
I've copied and pasted from the keywords number and it's ok.
Oups, sorry Bob, there's no Alamy distribution on picworkflow?

Ok, I've found the export data on csv before your answer but it's not easy to copy and paste and i've found more keywords than on the site!! Some keywords are not corresponding to any pictures, so i will try the selection. thank you.

Hi Bob, I don't know how to copy and paste the keywords from your site to my files on the computer: there's no possibility of copy/paste and keywords are not separated by comma! I notice also the impossibility to reduce pictures size for shutterstock and other subscription site, it's easy to add and very useful, without that, I can't use picworlfow. I don't understand also why we must write the copyright for each picture, it's waste of time. Thanks.

Bob, Your keywording service is a great idea, I'm trying immediately with one photo to see the results, it could be very useful for a person like me: English is not my native language and I'm traveling often this year!

I have also this morning 90% rejection in my last batch with this message: "Unfortunately, we cannot accept this image as it is the second time it has been submitted with poor keywords. " This means absolutely nothing, do you want keywords in Chinese?
I've send an email to Ryan with my account information. I'm stopping uploading to Veer until I have my pictures accepted and also a real explanation of this lack of professionalism.

Yes davidm, to downsize pictures for subscription sites like shutterstock is important, we can't sell the same image for the same size at so much different price between for example shutetrstock and istock.

I haven't tried this tool, i'm planning to test next days. So, if understand, files are submitted to approval queue also, like microstocksubmitter? That's a good idea, but for people like me, who are on other platform than US on Fotolia, it could be a problem, because we have to select the keywording language before submit! Can you please include this option before uploading? Another request: can you also add the capacity of reduce pictures size for some sites, like in Insyndica, that's really important! Thanks

Yes, shutterstock submission is one by one...that's strange. This program can be very useful, but actually I must stopping using it, especially for this glitches: - submit to fotolia doesn't work for other platform than American. - No possibilities to change keyword order (for the seven important keywords) in fotolia before uploading -when uploading to veer, status says "ready to upload" even if the pictures are already uploaded on the site! -don't submit to veer after uploading -bigstockphoto uploading and submitting is very unstable
Thanks for your efforts !

Yesterday the program doesn't want to upload some 12 mpx pictures, saying they are too small! I restart the program then after, it was ok...

I'm totally agree! This is a very useful program, if it really works, it can save many hours of work. Actually there were too many glitches and we can't using it to work seriously...wait and see...

Niakris, perhaps the problem I met with fotolia is because i'm on the french platform, not on the us one. To submit my pictures with keywords embedded in english, I have also to chose the language before submitting them. Inspectors refuse my pictures if i don't choose the correct language. So, please, can you add to your program, at the fotolia configuration, the possibility to choose the keyword language and also to check the extended license automatically?
