I did a video shoot of a tattoo artist for Getty, I had to have a model and property release for the tattoo. They have sold well.

I was a Diamond level video artist when I dropped about this time last year. My sales have still been decent as when you drop they don't move your clips into the cheap section. If I upload more material then they all go in the cheap seats and I get peanuts. Is it more work uploading to other sites? YES but I am happier and enjoy shooting again and I don't stress over the $0.11 video sales anymore. I would be happy to upload to iStock/Getty if my files where not sold in the cheaper section. I have around 10,000 files there and was exclusive for over 10 years. Earnings are better but not amazingly better I just have more peace.

I was exclusive there for years! I had enough lies and attitude. I still have my work there but do not upload any new content to them at this time. If they change their ways then sure I would.

I never said slave of anything! No it is not even close I have great respect for those to fought and died for freedom of all men. I may live in the south but
could not be happier the North won the battle and I will never fly the Dixie flag as to others it offends. I can leave Getty anytime and I am not alone in being
treated like this. I just want to give others a heads up in case they also run into the same issue. They have not responded to my latest e-mail for more documentation and my history of refunds!

Oh I have, they won't budge. From what I saw on the first statement and what they sent me which is pages longer it does not match. I can
not prove it as they asked me too so I am out the money.

So I looked at my Nov. earnings from Getty in the Portal before they turned it off. I had earnings of $1,122.00 and no red returns on that statement! I just got an email from them that said that $1020.00 are returns so now I owe them $1020.00 and they will deduct that from my future earnings. I can not go back and pull that text file to prove it so I am just shafted. These were Premium Access sales. So 98% of all my Getty PA sales are returns for the month of Nov. 2016!

Well, I have always gotten paid 2 ways. One check from iStock/Getty and another from the RM Getty Portal. In Jan. I was owed over 1K from the Getty Portal which was always deposited in my account on the 25th, these were earnings from Nov. 2016. It never happened, I have sent in tickets to no avail. I have printed proof but nothing yet! It looks like Getty is going to steal over 1k from me! I hope this does not end up being the case but considering their track record who knows! Oh and yes no e-mail ever stated I would not receive those earnings

I have a fair amount but I worked in Radiology and created my own. That being said I have no problems
with people using anatomy images. I say give it a go.

The more turn key the better, you can have add on's for $$ and charge for setting up the hosting. I would be happy for
a more turn key solution.

One is needed to work with video files as well, I am actively looking for the best solution. I think a great option is to be able to invite people to submit to your site so you could grow your business in the future if you wanted!
