Sorry guys my question again!
My email for Adobe ID is different as my email login for Fotolia site.
I would really like to know what to choose to sync correctly my Fotolia account with new Adobe Contributor portal: "Create an Adobe ID" or "Continue with my Adobe ID" ? It is OK to choose Continue with my Adobe ID although i have different email for Fotolia contributor page?

You should be able to keep your existing Adobe ID and sync it to your existing Fotolia account. It just won't be automatic since your email address is different.
Thank you I choose Continue with my Adobe ID. But next step is here: When I insert my Fotolia password there is message: "Your credentials could not be authenticated. Please try again." I can't change my login name, just type my password but is incorrect. When I press "I forgot my password" then page goes on my Fotolia Contributor page. What can I do? Thank you

Does anybody experience a significant drop in their sales at SS in September? I had relatively good sales during the summer season which was quite unusual considering the seasonal holidays people usually take, but I definitely didn't expect almost a 50% drop in sales in September, one of the busiest month. Despite the fact that there's still 1.5 weeks in September left, taking into account the current meager daily sales, I'm still on course for a 50% drop month-on-month and the worst month in 2016.
Would be nice to know others' experience to see if it's individual or mass.
My are up for 100%! Wish you better second half of september.

I have a question about sync my Adobe ID with my Fotolia account. For my Adobe ID I use different email adress as it usess for my Adobe Fotolia contributor page. Is this a problem?
In first post you say: "We strongly recommend to sync your accounts, which is only available on your initial login. You will not have the option to do it at a later time. "
So can you please tell me how to sync my Adobe ID with my Fotolia account without making an issue?

I am non-exclusive contributor.
I have a question about selling my images, that are already accepted on major microstock agencies.
It is legal to sell this images on my own site, what about prices and rights? If I am exclusive contributor, I can not sell images elsewhere, this is a logical. What if I am non-exclusive?

I said 6 Months ago FT is the one to watch. real Hot for me and getting Hotter. Adobe is a Professional Company. And last Month DT finally started some positive Movement. SS is now dead again after a amazing August.

Well no more differences between "File Sold (Credits)" and "File Sold" in mail reports. Just the amount and "credits" word.

I'm not going to delete anything from there for now since I got some nice 4k sales . It's just weird that there are my files in most downloaded search results that I've never sold on VB. I thought that maybe somebody else had similar situation and maybe it's just their website algorithm makes false results.
well my files was in most downloaded search results too. I never sold nothing on VB. So I delete my gallery there.

Hi! I'm a bit worried about my footage on videoblocks. I didn't have any sale in two months (although before that my footage was selling pretty good). I wanted to check if my files appear in search results and they are. What is strange that if I sort the search results by most downloaded then my file is on first place but I had no single sale on videoblocks of this particular file and the similar file I sold there was below this file. Are those search results "made up" or is there possibility that my file was sold and I never got any info/commission?
I delete all my footage port on Videoblocks. 6 month with more than 300 footages and no single download! On SS, FT I have more than 50 dls. Just do not trust them more!

And the royalty percentage is pretty poor. I've made about $700 there this year. If I'd had the same number of sales on VideoBlocks as I've had on iStock, I would have made about $2750 instead!

It's Labor Day, a holiday in the US. We will all see slow sales to the extent we have US sales.
