My last payment (PayPal) took them 8 days, the one before that was 14 days, so maybe they are working through the backlog - DT on the other hand managed to pay me within 12 hours

I have just received my FT payment today requested on March 6th, so it took them about 2 weeks. I hope you receive all your payments soon, too!
I also just got paid, my request was from the March 9th - hopefully they are working through their backlog now...

Anyone notice a delay on files showing up on your istock port? All my files approved last week are still not showing up, some of them from Saturday 13 March. I've never had such a delay before.

I think Gostwyck is right that this is more likely "growing pains".
Altough I'm bronze for years, they still pay me 3$ = 2 euro for EL. I heard I should beg them to get upgraded.
There are two ways to change this: You either click through your portfolio and change the EL price photo by photo, or you send them an e-mail and ask them to do it for you. I did the later (twice now) and it was done within a few days each time... You don't have to beg, just ask

slowly but steadily some contributor came out in Fotolia forum reporting issues about a growing delay in payments. I can confirm that: 17 days gone with my request for payment still pending.
It seems that every month that passes delays are growing and that is really not a good sign. Having former experience in admin job when you delay payments it is the first indicator of some financial difficulties.
would like to know if the silence here in this forum is because all is fine for other contributors, payments are made promptly, or just not worried yet?
p.s. I am an emerald contributor, so I'm speaking about four digits here... not peanuts. Support replied with the usual standard form: "we will forward to admin., sorry for the delay"
No its not fine for me, Fotolia switched from "We pay in three to four days..." to "We pay whenever we feel like it..." some time ago. It don't see it as an indicator of financial troubles - as they are selling like crazy for me right now - I rather think that some beancounter found out that they can make extra money by delaying payments to their contributors

Not to defend the presence of photos that shouldn't even be there - but at least they managed to post the earnings (meagre as they may be) that were made since February, 11th - that is more than can be said about IS, who still didn't say anything about the arrival of "Partner Program Earnings" (apart from "probably this week").
Not to defend the partnership program, but posting earnings in the middle of the following month has happened since it started and has repeatedly been what Rob (sylvanworks) has said on the forums.
That it is true, but I don't see how this makes it any better? We had daily stats updates on StockXpert from our Photos.com sales, I fail to see why it is impossible to have that on IS? Or at least have an "end-of-the-month"-report, that is not two weeks late - but obviously Shank and I are the only two bothered by this The reason why I'm unhappy with the current reporting is twofold: (a) it makes tracking of sales on a per image basis impossible (as does the whole way PP-sales are reported at IS now) and (b) there were several occasions when Photos.com "forgot" to report sales to StockXpert - this was usually discovered fast, because volume seller would cry our after the second day without sales and eventually everybody would get their money. With a reporting system that is - at the worst - six weeks late, there is no way to find glitches like that...

IIRC images that were on StockXpert were supposed to be dumped into Thinkstock as the Hemera collection. It still works that way, at least it does for my photos. Everything on ThinkStock marked as "Hemera" is ex-StockXpert, everything marked as "IStockphoto" is coming from IS... The whole ill-planned scheme has changed so many times since it was announced, hard to tell what they are doing now. They sure aren't going to tell you. It's the new business policy everywhere...create so much confusion, the underlings won't know what you're doing and they will just give up and follow like little lambs.

It seems that way to me too. I think that is what has turned me off more than the 25 cents.

IS photos sold on ThinkStock will appear on the IS account, not on StockXpert.
You would appear to be correct. iS shows $5.25 for 21 partner program downloads. Oddly, they show it with my January earnings; if these are ThinkStock, I'd have thought these would be on the bar for February. Either way, I won't be putting any down payments on any new gear.
But these would be your sales on Photos.com, not on ThinkStock. I don't think they've gotten around to finalize our Februray partner program sales on IS - neither Photos.com, nor ThinkStock...

Editorial or not definitely makes a difference - my editorials are constantly reviewed well below 24 hours, sometimes less than 6 hours, my commercials take usually longer than 36 hours - so there are two seperate queues, same as Dreamstime...

I'm seeing different results on the others you mention. BS, yes, is flat... CS is doing very well for me, with "Fotosearch Regular" sales bringing in $20 or $30 commissions on a regular basis... and DT has been very strong lately.
I have yet to have one of those famous "Fotosearch Regular" sales, I personally don't believe they exist And DT is a complete mystery to me - I uploaded like crazy there and photos that sell well on SS for example don't have views, let alone downloads - my best selling agencies in 2009 were SS, Alamy and IS - in that order, believe it or not

Is anybody else seeing a huge rise in sales at Fotolia this month? Fotolia has been my best earner since I was able to double my prices but this month is amazing. I have already this month earnt 50% of what I earnt last month at SS or IS. I was wondering if sales are especially good there at the moment or if they have had a change of their search engine and I struck lucky..
I had a spectacular - at least for me - February, and March looks to be equally good. Since my rank has not improved significantly despite a BME, everybody else should be doing fine, too... Maybe StockXpert's PPD customers migrated from one "european" agency to another? Also subscriptions downloads are not as dominant for me as they were before - lots of Ls and XLs for me Good thing that FT picks up, too - with StockXpert gone, BS and CS in constant hibernation and DT in a drastic decline

Have you noticed that DT has a check box for "RF"? Why, if all they sell is RF? They do all sell as RF, but DT sees their content "RF" versus "Editorial" - so the difference are not the free pictures, but the editorial photos most probably...

Because I intend to rake in the millions of Dollars earned by my images at ThinkStockPhoto via this site At least that is how I understood the plan: Opt your photos in for subscriptions at StockXpert, get them transfered to Thinkstock, collect the money at StockXpert

The latest news is from this PM-customer interface-thread and tells us this: Ok, so Im the guy to take the heat ... the upload tool, already tested by many photographers, has been reschedulded to a later date.
Sorry for this, and we will keep you posted, of course.

With 10 initial images online I had 20 views in total (around July / August last year), then nothing. I added 20 images some months ago, and still no views in the months after August. Why is this? I'm sure you guys are getting regular views?
Oh, and no sales of course.
I uploaded the initial 10 pics, had some views and three sales for the grand total of USD 4.55. Then I started to upload the rest of my portfolio, but apart from ridiculus rejections - half of a studio series obviously had problems with "pixel quality", the other half didn't - I got no more sales there. Views have "picked up" in the last ten days - meaning 2/day rather than 0/week - but I still get more zooms (zooms not views ) on Alamy than I get views on Veer - complete waste of time and resources for me...

Mike, who are those sites that care about contributors? Not being confrontational BTW. I would really like to know which sites people feel cared about as contributors?
I'm not Mike and I don't want to be confrontational, either, but I feel "cared about" by Shutterstock for example - Yes, they do sell subscriptions - but I knew that beforehand, they didn't drop it on me after I signed up, and I made good money there when every download was $0.25, and I'm making even better money there now that I'm at $0.36 and they introduced PPDs... In my view they "just work": I don't have troubles logging in or uploading to, I can't remember an alien octopus, their stats are up to date within an hour, they pay promptly around the 7th or 8th each month, they are very easy to upload to, they have a decent concept of "editorial", they don't move the goalposts during the game, they handled the tax-withholding-thing decently - have I missed anything? I'm not trying to sound like a fanboy here, but these days I'm already content if I'm not "cared about" but if I'm at least not being f*cked around with - like at some other agencies I could name...

make sure you are trying to log in on the right page.
I haven't deleted my images, so that might be the difference, but if I try to log in on the regular StockXpert page it doesn't work but if I log in on this page

it does work. Or if I try to log in on the top right box on that page it doesn't work, but the log in box in the middle of the page does work.
That doesn't work for me either - like you, I did not delete my images and now cannot login to the old page as well as the link given above. It also doesn't matter which of the login boxes I use, it just drops me back to the same page
