2. For an average contributor like me (800 pics) FT does have the lowest royalty ( I get .38 with SS, .36 with 123, .30 with DT, .30 with StockXpert and .27 at FT).
For me the lowest royalty is 0,20. That is what I have been paid for some sales at IS

i believe it is a simple calculation of
your portfolio size / the top portfolio size * 100
Not sure aout that. My PE has rised without uploading new images, the only thing it changed from the last time I check this are a few sales

My images cost money and a well recogniced magazine must know that better than other so I dont see a reason to give an image for free.
I can give an image for free to a friends small magazine that I know he cant pay the standard price but in case of a famous magazine? and a cover? no way

My answer: Hi Carmen, Thank you for your quick answer. You can say the customer that Im very pleased for his/her interest but I cant sell the raw at microstock prices because is my digital negative and the proof that Im the author. If he/she wants the raw file I would only sell it for a minimum of 250usd each (note that the image is a composition of 9 different shoots) or total 2250 usd Thank you very much. Is a raw file paid better, same, worse, not paid?
If its paid the same or under a normal sale I will ignore the request
