The bridge to bigstock seems to be broken too. Hopefully they will fix it soon.
The bridge hasn't worked for years so don't hold your breath
Minus a couple hiccups it has worked just fine over the years. Support says they are aware and working on it.

You have 10,299 images on DT, and only 231 sales in 3 years. You seriously need to rethink your strategy. It's not a numbers game as much as it is quality and subject matter.

I have 18 submitted on Oct 14 still 'in review'
And 23 that have already accepted that were up-loaded between Nov 16-22.
Go figure.

What are the chances of mobile phone photos being sold on SS?
Wrong question. The question should be: What are the chances that mobile phone photos will be accepted? And the answer is: There is almost no chance!
I'll admit I haven't submitted many iPhone images (all editorial, fewer than 10, don't feel like counting right now) but they have all been accepted and they've all sold at least once.

Yep, got it as well. Seems legit. I changed mine - uploaded some images - everything seems OK.

Checking the Top-100 Shutterstock Authors where they come from I read: Uruguay, Russia, Romania, Thailand, Azerbaijan, Ukraine, Turkey, Latvia, Belarus, Poland, India, Indonesia, Kazakhsan, Estonia, Pakistan... what does this mean to you?
Are they more talented? more creative? better motivated? better qualified? Whats their secret? Are these countries represented in this forum?
Where are you checking them? What's your source for the top 100?

I can 't see what 'deleting your profile' can do: we can't even see other contributors' profiles nowadays AFAICS, and I don't understand what good deleting it would do in any case.
If you have many thousands of images there that you want removed because you WONT accept .02 for them, then the only reasonable choice to remove them is to close your account. It would be insane to waste time deleting 5-10k or more images one by one, even if it were allowed, which we are told it isn't.
Of course if you are expecting one last big payout before it all goes to spit, then wait till its banked before you go if you want. Will you always be leaving some pittance behind? Sure. But better that then be treated like a back alley whore.
The deactivate images still works.

It's just me, or for everyone trying to disable their files isn't working anymore? I get Error 505 (Sorry, but we're having trouble processing your request.) ?
Would you mind posting the deactivation link?
From your 'My Uploads' Page click on an image - not edit. Got to 'Maintenance' Click 'Deactivate File' New page opens to deactivate.

Good old iStock. There are few things in like on which you can rely, but they're certainly one. And they make me feel so good about the decisions I make. Before they gouged . out of our royalties in 2010 I had around 3000 images there, a lot less than at Shutterstock but still impressive given the technical impediments to uploading. Once they cut me from 20% to 16% I slowly started deleting, slowly out of some faint hope they might realize their mistake. By the day they disabled deletions I was down to fewer than 173. Now I just have to decide whether any of those remaining few are worth the hassle of closing my account. Tough decision.
The deactivate function is still there and working as of a couple hours ago.

The splitting up of keyword phrases has been a known 'bug' for a long time. I'd bet a least a couple years. You have to go back and add phrases after the image is accepted.

It's always been that way you can only convert whole credits through Fotolia. But through the Adobe side you can get the whole amount. Don't know why - you just can.

Hi, When I first did the sync on the Adobe site it got all my information from Fotolia, including address, and tax info. I went to look at it now, and I see my illustrations are there, but on contributgor info, only my name is there...No address, no tax form....
Do i have to fill that in, I thought it came from Fotolia? I just don't want the 1099 to get messed up like what happened with 123 RF.
You may have accidentally synced with the wrong account. Your tax form should have carried over to the Adobe Stock Contributor portal if is is valid in your synced Fotolia account.
Please send me an email directly with your Adobe ID and your Fotolia account number or login name and I'll take a look for you.
email: [email protected]
kind regards,
Mat Hayward
I doubt that is the case. I only have one account to sync and my info is all missing from Adobe as well. I tried to add my address but the Country field won't accept changes - it stays at 'Select Country' no dropdown list is available.

This month alone I've had SOD's for $5.27 - $17.10 - $3.16 - $2.05 - and the FaceBook $0.38. It seems as though they can be just about any amount these days.

Your keywords are terrible, as are your descriptions. You can't just copy and paste from a keyboarding tool, you still need to edit out the words that do not apply. I also think the translation tool you are using is not giving you the best choices.
