Raspberry is sly. You must be careful. They can sue you and then invade your home. You will have raspberries everywhere!

Photographers using cracked copies of LR/PS, tremble and fear!
They already have your ID, now they'll check the EXIF information and come and catch you.

I guess most of us professionals here have regular software licences, but what about some newbies/wannabe stock photographers?

They must remove the EXIF  :D

iStockPhoto.com / Re: November PP sales are being processed now

Most of the times PP sales are better than regular IS sales here. Anyone else?
I have the same opinion  8)

I think I will have the best selling there  :)

For me is also a good month. I sold one file with 28$ and at this time my sales on SS are better than all of October.

Pond5 / Re: Pond5 Sales
« on: November 18, 2014, 02:46 »
This is my question to. I have over 1500 images but still no sell. On Envato after I upload couple of images I sold a picture next day even if Envato is on "low earners" and Pond5 is the first site on "middle tier"....

 :(

CanStockPhoto.com / Re: Where is Canstock?
« on: November 06, 2014, 09:27 »
I sent to them a message and the answer was:

"Although I can confirm nothing is wrong with your portfolio - ultimately buyers pick whatever files they are interested in, so usually it's not even clear to us why some files are picked and others are not. Some portfolios do better at some times of year. Although a natural up and down is very normal in practice, especially if under a few thousand files. Please continue to submit your best work.

If you uploaded files this weekend and the images were not received, please try your upload again. We have corrected the FTP issue and apologize for any inconvenience.

Thanks,

Jim

But may be with more images on portfolio the more buyer will find it and, let say some buyer find a pictures with some wine and see other nice pictures, hi will buy another from me, and so on. I think that I will upload more pictures I will attract more buyers... Or may be I'm wrong  :-\

I live in Romania.. In this country a medium salary is about 500 - 600$/month but, in time (I hope not to much time) I want at least 600 x 2 / month.

General Stock Discussion / Living from Stockphotography
« on: April 03, 2014, 04:25 »
Hello to all,

I have about 800 - 1000 stock photos on all major agencies. My earnings is about of >100 $ / month. The time that I spend for photos is very short because, unfortunately, I must go to a "classic" job that I don't like it to much but the salary is more consistent (600 $). In March, on SS with my 800 images I sold more than 100.
Do you think that it deserve to make only stock pictures and, let say, in 4 -5 month, if I will produce more and more similar images like I did till now, I'll rich my actual incoming from job?

Thank you  :)
