That sounds like something different entirely. I've never seen or heard of any delay in metadata being applied after upload. If the titles and keywords aren't there right away, it's very unlikely they will show up later. I recommend using CSV files for your video metadata if you are not interested in indexing directly in the contributor portal.

Thanks for the reply! The metadata did not show up and I have uploaded 1200+ videos during the last year all with the same method (Adobe Bridge for metadata) and they all worked fine. I just uploaded those 2 testvideos again to see if it was a temporary problem with the metadata, but the metadata is still missing. (I also double checked the files on my harddrive, if Adobe Bridge shows the metadata correctly - and it does) File ID: 464232980 (mp4) - Metadata -> Title: is correctly display, Keywords: all missing File ID: 464232935 (mov) - Metadata -> Title: missing, Keywords: missing -> Both Files are a second time in my 'new' tab with correct Metadata - those files have been uploaded about a week ago (IDs: 463700214 (mp4), 463699799 (mov)) I will leave the files there for a while, maybe someone wants to take a closer look :-) Thanks Michael

The files appeared in the new tab after about 2 minutes
-> .mov file has no title, my keywords are missing
-> .mp4 file has the correct title, my keywords are missing
I will check this later again, to see if the keywords and the missing title are going to appear...
About 2 hours later the title and keywords are still missing in the .mov file and the keywords are missing in the .mp4 file.

I Just uploaded a small .mp4 and .mov file, to see if it works again.
The files appeared in the new tab after about 2 minutes

(IPTC Metadata done with Adobe Bridge)
I will check this later again, to see if the keywords and the missing title are going to appear...

I waited for about 30 hours for my 19 uploaded videos to appear in the new tab.
Then I just uploaded those 19 clips again and they appeared immediately, but now the video files lost all the IPTC data - title, description and keywords are empty...

Hi, do someone else is having problem with video upload?
I can see in the FTP client that the file was succesfully uploaded but then, after hours, it doesn't shows in my "new" files section.
Thank you! I have the same problem - uploaded 19 new videos via sFtp and 0/19 apperead in my "new" tab at the contributor site so far. Will check this later again, maybe it takes a while...

On SS there is another reason for not using different accounts:
If you and your wife have 1 account each, you both have to climb the levels each year - if you combine your accounts, you will reach the higher levels faster.

Is it possible, that this sale is below $0.50, so that it gets rounded to $0 in the display on the main page?
Can you check your "Sales History" - there you will see the cent values too like $0,??
I had such a sale in July'21 where i got $0,25 which was shown as $0 on the main page

How many days takes Wirestock for processing images?. I sent some image, they are on Status "Processing". Seems to be very different... my experience: -> editorial with keywords included are reviewed quickly within a day or two -> commercial images with keywords included are reviewed within some days -> images using easy submission can take up to some weeks - I ususally send an email to the support then, which works well Another experience: -> upload commercial images using easy submission (keywords done by wirestock) seem to be rejected with a lot higher percentage then images where the keywords are submitted too

embedding info to metadata won't work for videos, interestingly only adobe recognize that, but not others I am using Adobe Bridge to embed metadata to videos... ... which works for: AdobeStock, Dreamstime, IStock, Ponds ... and does not work for: DepositPhotos, Shutterstock

Here are my numbers of the last 3 years - maybe this helps:
-> Shutterstock: 27.92%
-> AdobeStock: 24.39%
-> IStock: 16.04%
-> Dreamstime: 8.17%
-> WireStock: 5.46%
-> Pond5: 5.19%
The remaining 12.86% are shared between: Alamy, DepositPhotos, 123rf, BigStock, MostPhotos, EyeEM, IndivStock, OhnMyPrints, DesignBundles, YayImages
I have a portfolio of about 25.000 images and 1.500 videos and never sold a single video at Dreamstime, but photos do sell - most for $0.38, some for $2.20 and rarely sales between $10 and $20.

I did some images of flags some time ago and got them rejected with the "technical issues" reason.
(to be exact, 1 image for each of the 253 country flags in the world)
After talking to support (which was very kind), I was told that flags are content that is not wanted by AdobeStock anymore, as the already have enough of them.
So the reason "technical issues" was im my case "We actually do not want this type of content".

Just found this in my stats today (see image)
After seeing this i checked the views of my individual videos and photos and those more than 3000 views do not appear in the individual numbers.

how do you price your clip on pond5?? I don't change the price defaults on pond5 - I am lazy ;-)
it doesn't take much time,you can set price for all the clips from your upload page or from the account setting page...btw if you sell on istock it doesn't make sense to have higher price on pond5...
I know it is easy to change the prices, but as you said, i am not exclusive to pond5 so I stick to the default prices, as pond5 would sell for a lower price anyway if the customer asks for that. But thanks for the hint! :-)

My numbers for January - May 2021:
- Pond5: 2 video sales (18% revenue share)
- Shutterstock: 12 video sales (33% revenue share)
- AdobeStock: 1 video sale (16% revenue share)
- I-Stock: 40 video sales (33% revenue share)
All sites have the same portfolio - Pond5 performed a lot better in 2020 for me.

Just got the email too about 5min ago... maybe this could be the data breach of Oct 2020, which happened 123rf then and now reached stocksy.
Not sure about that... going to change passwords anyway to be safe!
