If you're not accepted after submission first batch, you must wait a month before trying again. edit: excuse, haven't see you're already approved with many pictures in your portfolio... So...I haven't the answer...

Thanks!! But that one of the most stupid attitude I ever found on agency !!! It takes many hours to upload so huge files and after waiting 1 month to pass QC... Totally nonsense !!! I give up....

First batch approved a month ago, and uploaded 60 pictures, after 4 weeks I see today they are all rejected!!! The first picture was rejected for interpolation artifacts and I don't know for the others, no reason given. What means exactly this sentence: "If we fail one image, we will reject all images in all media awaiting QC (they will have the same QC date). Does it means if the first picture fail passing QC, all the others failed too? ?

Same rate rejection today : 3 pictures for arctifacts at full size (at 300%? ), one overprocessed and only one accepted. So, now; how a new microstocker like me and others can built a portfolio at istock with 5 pictures accepted by month? My acceptance rate is 60%, but certainly will dropping at 40% or 30% in two months.

I use camera raw in first editing then open picture in photoshop and apply differents correction like noise reduction if it needs.

I've owned 300d, 20D and actually the 30D. 20D and 30D are the same in term of image quality and have less noise than 10D at high iso level. I've tried yesterday a 5D and it's another world, think buying one before next year. 40D is 30D equivalent with 2Mp more, but no change in noise and details extraction...so few...

I use noiseware photoshop plugin, don't like the others.
SS is very obsessed by the noise, other agencies accept low noises. You can use reduction software only in the low lightings of your pictures for all agencies and on the whole picture for SS.

Since 15 days I'm Bronze at IS, I've passed from 60% to 10% of acceptance with very stupid reasons: pixel decoloration, artifacts, and even sometimes the sentence "We could not find a clear center focal point for this file." on perfect focused pictures approved in 10 over sites. Don't understand what happen here...

Same problem
five downloads today and no change in credits!!!
Maybe a shuffle credit counter could be the solution, fotolia is going to change in a good online hazard game.

Since V2, change is made automatically within 48 hours.
I've sent a message last month to raise prices and here is the fotolia support answer:
"Currently our records show that all your images have a price of 50 credits for the Extended License. When an adjustment is made in an account it can take up to 24hours (server update) to reflect the changes. If this is still not reflecting in your account by tomorrow please let us know in order for us to be able to report it to the engineers."
So...wait and see...

Same rejection for me today ""governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada" First picture was accepted with this notice added and the others pictures was rejected.
Maybe rub out this sentence can fix the problem, no?
