I will say it again here I guess, PhotoDune does need to hire better reviewers, from my top 20 pictures at SS, half were rejected there.. from 3500 files at SS to 2200..
They don't have their own reviewers, they outsource.
from what I can see top contributors don´t have a rejection, nothing strange there but honestly its about time to be fair with other contributors too proper rejections/approvals

I wonder if I can start a new topic. I feel dumb not following instructions in the "read me" sections
1. go to http://www.microstockgroup.com/forum/ 2. right click on the section you wanna create the thread 3. right click on "new topic" below the 4 advertisings (its the 3rd option)

But to earn only over $8 for 29 downloads is exactly the reason why it's not making any difference. That amount of downloads at IS would average me around $60. That's a huge difference. The reason I dropped exclusivity was because of the way IS is going. It also fails to sell as many images as it used to. I came to SS for the very reason it's supposed to be the best and growing all the time. Yes, it's still probably the right move BUT I am still (at this moment in time) underwhelmed from all the talk here.
Are we going to have to read a dayly upgrade of you constant complaining and sale report.

how long are you in SS after leaving IS exclusivity? you have how many files? it does take a while to grow but after that you will do fine

you had the "trouble" to upload/approve them and after that you delete them?? thats insane really.. one thing is to quit on the agency because of royalties or other strong attitude from them, if not its just nuts :/

I'd say it's senseless to worry about an irrelevant agency such as Zoonar...
will keep you posted Slov

'Partially failed' is a technical error at upload, maybe file size, wrong camera or a file getting stuck during upload. The latter used to take a week to resolve, as someone went in manually to fix it after a week. Haven't had one for a while, so maybe that's changed.
I see

days ago I had a batch of 84 pictures only 1 rejected but all other were approved and online.. I was guessing that would be impossible too
Rejected or upload error? I've never seen a rejection for image and allowed the batch to go through. Screen shot of the rejection. What color was it.

...the lack of response to my repeated emails to support.
That is really all I need to know, to decide whether to start submitting to an agency. I'm crossing this one off my list.
don´t, we have all experienced that taxes bug and at least here it is good, they are also quite present in this forum

only thing you need is to upload and its done, not even a click, same with MRs, upload them all at once, if they have a doubt they will email you

so far this month: 81 sales at FT (15 XL) 38 sales at IS (13 L)
my stats don´t mean much and I actually don´t know if buyers would have gotten a bigger size but overall I think if you wanna keep doing stock and see some bigger sales I would say yes, for how long do you have the "old" camera? would it mean much comparing to your stock earnings?

Cool when did they add that?

It´s not about comparing agencies. Just respecting peoples heartfelt emotions.
sure, you do have a strong point and your opinion seem to match all contributors at iStock "side", I believe I was going towards the agencies, not the people behind them, my bad

If Jon Oringer decided to leave SS to sail the world or save the rainforest - how many people would be posting in his farewell thread?
are we really going to compare agencies? not the best man (myself) for sure but this moment they look like "light years" from each other, don´t know if in terms of value but for sure not pulling crap after crap to their contributors and they have a few more too..
