You guys are gonna hate me. I submitted a request today, and got it in my PayPal account today. No idea how or why, but I'm not complaining.

:)

:-\    are  you paid in US dollars?

Got this reply from FT support . . .  ::)

Hi,
We apologize for the delay. We have forwarded your request to our payment department for review. Please note that during the holiday season there is a high volume of conversion requests and they are working as hard as they can to process all of these requests.

Kind regards,

Fotolia Team U.S

Odd.  As usual, I requested payment the evening of the 30th my time (December 1st theirs), and I had the money on the 3rd.  They've been consistently prompt with me, averaging around a week to pay off.

Usually they are for me too, I wonder what the problem is then  >:(
btw do you get payed through paypal?

ah . . . thanks for the replies, helpful to know I'm not the only one . . . and yes it is annoying because the money would be very handy for xmas expenses. Sales have been really good at FT this month and I have even more money sitting there that I can't access . . . three weeks is way too long.

I've been waiting almost three weeks for a payment (requested 30th Nov) I know they are slow at times but this is the longest I've ever waited. I did email support with a query but no reply as of yet. Anyone else waiting three weeks or more for their money?

I had been blissfully unaware of this until I got an email today. But the online form is pre-filled and all I had to do was check for correctness and sign and upload ID. Very grateful it was so simple this time around!  ::)

The screwy security words are now so convoluted I clicked on the renew about 20 times before I could even try to type in whatever word/non-word they wanted.

Ditto. What a PITA!

A friend at office showed me this today.  Now, what's below?  Where did all the soil go? A cave?

That's what I was wondering too. Are there mines under there?

Yep I got my $3.80. Nice!

I removed my images and sent a request to close my account a few days before the site was shut down. I had $3.80 owing . . . I wonder if I'll get it?  :D

What is to stop you from categorizing it as both a vegetable and a fruit? I think it is appropriate in this case.  ;D

Opted out here. Waiting and watching to see that all my images are removed/never added to Stinkstock.

I believe the StockXpert site will be staying up for you to access your account and request payments from any sales at Thinkstock. May as well leave your images there in the mean time and see how it goes. I requested a payout from StockXpert too but now I'm thinking I should have waited a while, there may be a buyers stampede from now until the site stops selling!!

My FTP uploads eventually showed up in "Unfinished" sometime the next day.

Got an email from Shutterstock saying they had settled a claim against one of their subscribers, and the subscriber that had breached the normal license agreed to pay for extended licenses for all the images they had downloaded and used in higher circulation than allowed without the extended license

good work SS!  ;D

Someone please help me with Fotolia's taxes. I requested payout a week ago and those credits are still pending. So I mailed them asking about my payout, it never took so long. Their answer was that as long I don't submit my tax form, they cannot pay me. So, what to do next? I've read those paragraphs but I don't understand anything. What should I do? I live in Romania and I'm an individual, that's all I know, haha.
Thanks,

Bogdan

Click on the 'tax centre' link on the top right of your fotolia member home page and find the link to the W-8BEN form

And this link may help you fill it out (but put in Romania of course, not Italy)

http://www.mystockphoto.org/fotolia-tax/

hope this helps, but ask again if you have any problems  and I (or someone esle here) might be able to help ;D
