fotolia subs and adobe stock have a flat royalty 33%, so any rank wont be affect
but in fotolia credit sales, if u reach the emerald from gold rank, your royalty will increase from 31% to 37%
but the buyer will be priced double, does it affect your sales?

Hi, I wanna ask how to change your images categories from "Photos" to "Illustrations"
I never upload any photo here, but the reviewer put almost of my images to "Photos" categories
its affect my royalty rate from 20%(illustrations/videos) to 15%(photos) right?
did anybody experience the same issue?

There's a drop down list at the top left, allowing you to select batch types. It can list 4 types: "Creative Video", "Creative Image", "Creative Illustration" and "Editorial Image". When you click that list, do you see "Creative Illustration" in that list?
No, just " iStock Creative Image" and " iStock Editorial Image" why " Creative Illustration" isn't show in there..? do you think " Error 403-forbidden" because of this?

Well, couldn't is simply mean you "have no access rights for creating a batch of that type"? 
What type of batch is it? (Image, Video, Illustration, Editorial image)
And do you have upload rights for that type?
At the moment, I don't have access to that info from the ESP server, so I only find out when actually trying to create such a batch.

Hi, i have no problem uploading with DM before the ESP system Its an illustration, and I don't need the model releases / property releases so if left them blank

I agree, very distressing to see an empty list come up.
I have just released v3.0.5 which hopefully fixes this. Could you try and let me know?

Hey Franky thanks for keep updating, just tried v3.0.5 and the result came up  still cant upload with this "error 403 forbidden", whats wrong? however really appreciate your work

I suggest upgrading to v3.0.3 which should give more detailed error messages.
Hey Franky, just upgrading to v3.0.3 tried to upload, and the result came " Error: 403 Forbidden - Forbidden" I can login to ESP btw, what should i do now?
