for me... about 1$ per image per month and about 2$ per clip per month. I'm on many agencies.
probably that shutterstock is half of that average.
500$ would mean about 500 correct clip.

I'm pretty new to Alamy and it was pretty great when I started ans now it's just... fell useless. I might have about 2000 images also. only one small sale.
I taught that because my files were recent that it could explain that I was selling more, but maybe it's just a trend for everyone.

I saw mine in local news, during a bank conference too... in front of 1500 professionals (a friend took a picture). My face was on a show poster about depression documentary (yeah... I took a picture of myself when I was dead tired). lol

I can upload 5... 6 images with the same concept, then change it a bit and finally have a collection of about 25 images of a shoot, but none of them have the same title/description or keywords. I can do the same thing with a different model and get 50 photos accepted but what . is that !!! Who upload 250 images of the same thing isolated on white background !!!!! who accept it !??!?!?
What I don't understand is that, since many images with same keywords are not good for "google search" and also shutterstock search, well... why is this stupidity is accepted ? If you upload 10000 times the same images with same data, it get lee visibility than 4 or 5 images with similar keywords, but not the same... and description is important too in this case !
They can accept 10 millions images per day, that is still useless.

since 3 days... But I taught that editorial stuff was quick especially with credentials. I'll wait 2-3 more days then ask again I guess... or receive the case number. I have videos uploaded since more than a week, I don't know what happen ! that's really weird, I could upload 2 videos monday... 5 2 days later... 5 other during the week-end and everything get reviewed at the same time. I was wondering if when you get to a certain amount of videos you get more urgent to review (no... but funny to think about it) !

Credential number answer time ? that is the question... I sent it a while ago and was wondering how long should I wait before thinking it got lost. Shot an event and submit editorial ... rejected... got the credential information that I sent to shutterstock then I wait. The content might get old before I get the confirmation... that is odd How long are you waiting for it ?

sent a message... got no answer. I was intereseted into the way he was actually transfering the Pond5 videos to VideoHive directly but it seems like this is crap and will never happen. Videohive has this complex way to upload and are working on something better since a bit, but right now, I'm sill looking for a solution to send files there without wasting time.

I would be interested into it. Maybe listening how it works and see why you are doing it. I've been organizing .csv files for easy ipload, but Videohive is still a mistery. Can't upload the way they ask, it's a waste of time. Let me know what's the deal and I'll check if it sounds fair.
Thanks

I'm a bitch... where there is money I will upload. ss, p5, istock, VB, DT, deposit photo, dissolve, fotolia, videohive... maybe I forget somewhere. Some don,t have my best files because they sells too cheap / that's it. some like iStock and Fotolia... I upload when I have more than 500 files to worth uploading.
but still get me confused that epawn account that I don't see my footage on my iStock account !!

Thanks for the replies ! I will upload some new video content and see if it appear on my iStock account. But I really receive 2 money transfer from Getty. One that match my iStock account and an other one that is out of nowhere and I taught it was maybe the reason. Maybe my uploading process is not linked properly to my iStock account.

I have one that sells about 5 to 9 times / day on SS but I have series that with about 20 photos... they give me few $ every days
I don't understand best sellers sometimes. I have an images that is my best seller and a VERY similar on that is not selling at all. It might have a secret that I still don't understand.

hello ! I'm soooo confused with that https://www.espaws.com uploading process. I have created my account but as I understand it's an uploading tool only. I have uploaded a few video files... about 400 and I can't track the revenue of them, can't see it on my iStock account too. I've stop to upload since I taught that the uploaded file would land somewhere on the site but the money... not in my pocket. The end of the year is near and I did some accounting and guess what... sometimes I receive a few amount here and there from getty image... and from getty image (with an amount that fit iStock revenu). So I receive money from it BUT... how can you track you sales ! Did I just duplicated my folio... what is happening. How is it working for you guys !? Thanks !
