As regards Iraq. Yes it was an unjustified war waged on a false pretext. There are war criminals in the US that have escaped justice too (some of them dead now so they never will face justice). Russia was in no danger at all, they have too many nuclear weapons for any country to attack them, it would simply be suicidal !!
