But whole the time you can try to redirect buyers to agencies with better deal for you...
50% on GL is always better than 15% or 13%...

Resubmit ONLY with an explanation about corrections and no problem!
I received warning once because same reason and I stopped with that immediately...
I explained to them what is main reason for resubmitting, that was approved status on Bigstock for same images...

I hope so...
Last year I've promoted my portfolios mainly of 123, Alamy and DT... SS is automated already, so sometimes I promote them on other places... Some results are here... These promoted agencies has bigger part of complete cake than before... I do not know if this is a global trend or a result of my advertising and promotions...?
It would be good to see graphs of "Microstock Poll Results" of last three years... Then I will know is it global trend or only my trend or mix...

SS didn't buy BigStock with same reasons like it was case with Jupiter and StockXpert... In fact, Getty had bought part of the market with Jupiter and StockXpert buyers... Probably SS want to have BigStock as a test site for PPD and other similar ways in microstock business... I think it is a main reason why they haven't yet switched buyers from BigStock to SS...

Fotolia is not talking about our commission and our part of subscription... They are pointing their finger in prices... But, as I said before, we are on "lower price agencies" because of them and their percentages, (Fotolia's 13% and Istock's 15%-19%) that is too small part for us... We should have 35-50% on FT and IS, then we won't search for an alternative earning...

I can't see prices of images for this offer....?

Fotolia's 13 % (calculated) and Istock's 16% are main reasons why I am uploading to every smaller agencies with lower prices, even it's mean more effort... Lower prices don't mean less money to us, because almost every smaller agencies than your have better deal for us... There, my commission is bigger for the same resolution and license like on your agency So Gentlemen from FT and IS, I am not in microstock to protect your commission, I am here because I want to earn money with my work and effort for myself...
Our part of deal is our concern, you take care for your... Probably soon, we will take strike back... You first throw a stone on us, in our common work...

There's several sites that pay around 50% commission. How hard would it be for buyers and contributors to switch?
1.Promote only sites with better commissions on social networks etc... 2.Announce about end of uploading images to specific agencies... 3. Do it whole the time... That is the process! Regards

So, all this mean that non-exclusive contributor is not fully non-exclusive for Fotolia... Is this legal? Are my other portfolios, on other sites, are my private matter?
Also my portfolios on other agencies is not completely equal to portfolio on Fotolia? Could be with total different images....
I think this can be for court...

Wouldn't it be great if we could move the FT buyers to a site like Stockfresh or Graphic Leftovers? I'm sure that if a significant number of contributors removed their portfolios and told every buyer they knew where to look for them, it would make a difference.
I am talking this whole the time... Results won't come over night, but on some period probably will... Promoting portfolio with better deal is only solution... Don't wipe your portfolios from them... That is your effort of keywording and uploading and still brings money... But we need to make a plan and decide... Do we want to send them new images and when...? I am talking about all "bad deal" agencies...

One reason more for a new agency with shares in hands of contributors... Without any stupid percentage commission story... Soon, we will write about this here...

I think we can sue them and win it.. there is a very obvious violation..
Probably! Every company that operates in the public should have an equal treatment for everyone on the same position... So if Yuri has portfolio on Photodune like me, we must have equal treatment for levels.... Any different treatment is directly robbing of those contributors with reduced level...
