Not all new images gets sale. I uploaded few holiday theme and some of them got sold and there were 1-2 new images which were getting downloads like crazy around 10-15 per day..

Yes unfortunately it's for real, they will do it every time you choose a different payment method or change your email for payouts, thus you have to go through verification process again by sending them your photo ID. This looks more like a security feature to save contributors from hack or fraud.. which looks fine to me.

Both contributor and customer end were down. You cannot expect sales in downtime.

I actually found a solution. When I export it as svg from Photoshop all the bitmaps disappear. 
Glad it fixed for you. But why are you working with photoshop for vectors? Use Illustrator or CoralDraw for it.

I used to submit via fotolia but from past one month I shifted to their adobe web uploader and this works as smooth as butter.

SS- was a like sine wave the whole month but at the end it turn out to be BME
FT- Avg, even after uploading many new work the earning remains same here, looks like they follow the cap theory.
iStock - 20% low then previous month
123RF - Slightly better than last month
Alamy - 1 Sale, I think its worth quitting them now.
DepositPhotos - Very poor

Again, the sales downfall can be due to many reasons, like summer time, search algorithm change, you not producing good content any more etc. Do not panic, things will get to normal, take a beer

I do not think there is any link in withdrawing funds and penalizing your sales due to it.
Its summer time and sales are usually down everywhere.

From past two batches, I am seeing missing images at website whereas the FTP uploads them successfully.

Agree with almost flat increase in paid downloads.
But SS is investing heavily in improving their technology... I have read somewhere that they are building an AI tool which will skip those crap images from search result and display only the good new images to the customers (I dunno how true is this), but if this is added then its a very good step taken as I have seen portfolios with too many similar bad images covering the whole search.
