DT accept almost everything and sell BAD!! (Yes, images with noise, below average images sell there best,no offense dude), fotolia accept just best, clean, contrast and isolated images and sell great. I will close my DT account, only 1% of all income (SS, FT, iS). DT is no worth the effort for me. Worst stock!

Sorry for bad english.

I think is not tax ... I also got about $ 10 less than it should in the case of a higher amount. Hmmm.

Maybe it's a Payoneer fee? I wait till tomorow and than I send a ticket for this.

Yes, Fotolia sucks!

I wonder if you could tell me your opinions in which agencies are selling best photos of nature and which agency are selling best footage (most nature).

In my own experience is SS best agency for nature photos and the worst FT. Your experience?
For movies, I do not have experience yet.

Thanks!

Sorry for my poor english.

Here too!

534
Before new year FT was my best site (seven day rank: <200), today is disaster (seven day rank >1000) and falls down. We'll see.

Every day lower sales at Fotolia (only Europe contributors) is maybe the result of dollar that just continued advancing against the euro? I think United States Fotolia contributors now selling more.

What do you think?

Adobe Stock / FTP uploading issue on fotolia

Yesterday I upload footage via FTP on FT. Uploaded footage does not appear in my "Manage My Files". Does anyone have in a short time a similar problem?

Thank you.

Link between active iStock images and PPsite images is still broken! On PP I miss 30 % of my images.
First of all they must repair this!
Shameful!

Adobe Stock / Re: FOTOLIA "FILE SOLD" PRICING
« on: March 04, 2015, 07:34 »
If your photos are rated high than u selling a lot. But then suddenly your sales fall. This happened to me on FT. On FT I regularly upload new seasonal photos (every three days), so I am active contributor. This what is happened to me (my suddenly fall sales) at Fotolia , I do not know how to explain it other than my portfolio was somehow reset.

I still sell my files on DPC, I never opt out this. I think that this is not a problem. Once in a while they reset us (reset our accounts), that I think! :/

One month ago I was 280 7 day rank, now I am 1000+ 7 day rank and still fall. Apparently, I was willy-nilly moved to another class. :/

« on: March 04, 2015, 06:05 »
Hi guys!

In last month I sell only XS License (0.25 commission) at FT. This is weird! I sell only subscriptions and XS file sizes. This sucks. What 's going on? Before the new year , I rarely sell this XS Licenses (most were M, XL, XXL).

Anyone else have a similar problem?

Thanks for reply.

Best regards.

Over a year ago I speculated that SS was using some sort of software algorithm to review images, and most people thought I was cracked, but a few took notice.

At some point someone interviewed someone over at SS who eluded to the existence of a piece of software used to review the images and that seemed to confirm my suspicions. It all started when it seemed like all of the sudden a lot of people were getting strange rejections for all kinds of strange reasons, it was almost like an actual person never really looked at the images . . .

That was a while ago, a long while ago. Some folks are still getting these "odd" rejections now and then, and some of us just seem to get them all the time. It did seem strange that a lot of contributors who had been with SS for 10 years or more were all of the sudden producing "crap" out of focus, noisy, poorly lit images.

My latest conspiracy theory is that SS is "throttling" accounts. If you get "odd" rejections, and you complain, or they fail to answer your email questions, and you complain, or just about anything happens, and you complain . . .

. . . it seems that over the next few days, and weeks your sales take a nose-dive for some un-explained reason. Sure you could explain it away as just normal market shift, and if you track it you couldn't pinpoint a logical reason for these "odd" market-fluctuations that cause you sales to dip, but somehow it just seems to consistent with problems and interactions with real people over at SS.

As cracked at it sounds, I think SS is "flagging" certain accounts and those accounts get much "harsher" reviews, or the images get shuffled to the bottom of the database if you appear to be a "trouble-maker."

Oh yeah, the moon landing is fake, bigfoot is real, and so it the Loc Ness Monster, and Elvis is still alive and living in Topeka.

I will now fashion a tin-foil hat to keep the aliens from reading my thoughts, I suggest you do the same.

I can say that for Fotolia! Not for SS.

Dreamstime.com / Re: Do you believe that DT is dying?
« on: March 02, 2015, 04:29 »
DT only 3% income (and still fall down) of all Big 4. If the site will finally die, I will not be too affected. Their latest move (Google "cooperation"), was an desperate attempt I think.

The problem is still not resolved. In my account ("unfinished files") still one image from unknown contributor. Resolving this taking too long ...

« on: February 27, 2015, 04:40 »
Hi!

Is it just me?  2 weeks and more (half a month!) and my images still pending. This is very unusual.

Approval time on Big 4:

1. SS 1-2 day
2. FT 1-2 day
3. iS 2-3 day
4. DT 14+ days!!

Best regards.

A few months ago, I think, Dreamstime send an email with few selected images from my portfolio. They say that will be used for "Alliances and Partnerships program". At that time, I agreed. But today, I am very disappointed.
