One more idea...check Zazzle's forums under section "Ideas and sites used to promote your store." You'll find a bunch of offers from folks to add your store link to their Squidoo lens or Facebook fan page or whatever. http://forum.zazzle.com/promote
you store is stunning, very very nice, you have been doing a great job, hope sales too

I already got 3 DLs, after my images became searchable yesterday. Nice. Now I don't where can I see which images got DLed. I checked June earnings, but all I get is that there were 3 DLs (subs) and the total sum, but nowhere to click to see the images. I didn't find a way of seeing DLs in my port and I can't find a way to sort them by DLs either.
I believe it isnt working properly but go to http://www.123rf.com/myfavimages.php and then place N of download..
I'm not sure what you mean...
* gotta leave my Russian and talk English once for all! 1. open that link http://www.123rf.com/myfavimages.php2. a little below and left there is "Sort by ( Image No. | No. of download )" 3. click No. of download but like I said it isnt working properly once the first picture of mine has less downloads than the following etc..

This is exactly why all agencies need to be upfront about their partners. If they were, it would save a lot of wasted time and headache for contributors hunting this stuff up.
My sentiments exactly... ...and the hunt begins. I've emailed this guy Gavin Vadivalloo to find out just how my photos got there and what partner agency transfer them..."inquiring minds want to know"...
nice move, let us know

Well, I have sold an image for 0,05 dollars and it was "printed on a backup cd" but I don't understand what does it mind. Is it a kind of subscription? Whai can do a buyer with an image on a backup cd?
I had in mind that it have ended, guess not.. I believe it is an option to download again the pic purchased before

To each its own...for me is not worth having to worry if my photos are being stolen or not for mostly 0.30 sub downloads...
thats my question too, I do have big part of my portfolio there.. want answers too
I have missed that discussion - what was the issue there?
an old issue about depositphotos and depositfiles, read below To be fair, I don't know exactly what the connection currently is between DepositPhotos and DepositFiles. But past info suggests a direct connection and some shady efforts to hide the actual location of the company. I struggle with the idea of doing business with a company that is or was in any way connected to another site that enabled the piracy of my work.
What really troubles me is the idea that these two sites could be more connected than we even know about. At the very least we know that they shared a common investor. So it stands to reason that someone profited from DepositFiles (which came before Photos), and then put some of their money into DepositPhotos which was (in part) used for these uploading incentives. In theory, money made from a piracy site could have been used to pay the victims of the piracy to upload their work to the new site. It's just a theory, of course, but not an unreasonable one.
Regardless, I'm not about to support someone who profits from the piracy of my images, even if it's in a roundabout way. On top of that, the company is represented by some extremely shady individuals who openly threatened people in this very forum for uncovering connections to DepositFiles.
So just because Yuri, Lev, Luba and others are on board, and just because the connection to DepositFiles is not as apparent as it was previously, that doesn't make DepositPhotos any more appealing to me now than in the past.

Hi, I am there since their start, my question is if all this issue continue or ended? I dont have anything against them, only positive actually.. regarding the comissions I dont agree on some top contributors being already platinium (without reaching it) but the stock industry is obscure and it is like a one to one deal.. they do pay 44% for starters but we mainly have 0.3$ but I do see them increasing, so lets see where they go..

Thanks - 18.8MB and 18.5MB, so they're under the limit (which I didn't know about, but isn't a problem; I've had to make smaller sizes on some stitched panos, etc, for a couple of sites that have a max).
But do you generally get a rejection reason on 123rf? I know they used to give one when I last submitted there in 2008
yes, they review nicely but when there a few, low commercial value, composition, low lighting... etc they have sometimes some weirds rejects but overall are going pretty good on sales and approval ratio too

Do they give rejection reasons?
I submitted 40 images on Thursday, and this morning saw that the batch was finally processed. Two were rejected, but there's no reason given. They were both large composites, so I don't know if there's a maximum file size, or they need a statement that all the images in the composite are mine, or they didn't like them for some reason.
If they don't want collages or composites, I'll not submit any more, but how am I to guess what the issue is?
123RF has a max of 20MB, that might be the issue you had, I have many collages

Check the forums. You will see several threads and hundreds of complaints there about "rejections."
and also a Shutterstock reply about it (which I cannot find now)
