I think I am just going to stick with Shutterstock and Alamy for a while.

I tired this twice and it still is nto working Deactivate script (from microstock forum users): 1) Copy this code: for ( i=0; i < document.getElementsByTagName('a').length; i++ ) { let a = document.getElementsByTagName('a'); if (a.title == 'Deactivate') a.click(); } 2) Open Firefox your online files http://depositphotos.com/files.html Сhoose to show 160 3) Press Shift+F4 and paste the copied script into an openable window 5) Press Ctrl+R All files deactivated on the current page. Repeat step 5 until no files. While adhering to the general deactivation of October 1. If they change the date, I'll let you know here.

I was wondering about the kind of license they get with that and it says Unlimited Print use and Printing - wow. I will definitely deactivate my images for sure.

Hi everyone, I have been finding a lot of my images being printed off as actual backdrops - some as big as 10ft x 10ft. Does Shutterstock allow this kind of use with their standard license? Would they need to buy it again every time someone orders it? I have never had an EL for one image in particular. The person said they bought it from Shutterstock.
I emailed SS but who knows how long to hear something back ...
Any license experts?

I looked at my page and it says "confidential info" - how are buyers seeing this? Did you check your settings? I definitely don't want people seeing all my info... Screw transparency. No other agency shows it ...

Sounds like a lot more work for probably zero pay (as new images don't get downloaded)...

This is the first day in many many years I have had NO On Demand sales. I'm in the .38 club and September is not looking good for me ...
Cheers to everyone for having good sales but I feel very sad and frustrated ...

Hi everyone, I saw this on Bored Panda: http://www.boredpanda.com/adobe-stock-apparel-clothing-line/They are not actually for sale but it is making fun of stock. Sometimes I feel embarrassed to say I do stock photography - like it is becoming a joke. I take it very seriously ... Maybe I'm too sensitive ...

I hear DT is very bad for lots of people but the agency is still doing okay for me. DT has always made more than FT but maybe not this month...

FT is going better this month than DT right now (yes, I said better than DT) Nothing like the glory days though ... I had a rep asking me for more images too but I like to keyword my own. I wish their category selection was easier.

I got one of those at 123 of a picture of a baby - I guess the baby somehow offended the reviewer ... It was a closeup too - no naked person in the background or anything ...

I KNOW! Its is very slow. I only upload 2 videos per batch (in case I get a mean reviewer) so I have lots of videos waiting on my computer ...

Hi everyone, I started uploading to Alamy a couple of months ago. I have had 6 sales with 155 mages. Their keywording is a real pain or else I would have more up...
I have opted OUT of the "additional revenue options" - Distribution, Novel Use, UK Newspaper Scheme
My question is, is it worth it to be opted in? Is there some scary fine print I don't know about? FYI, I have opted out of SS extended licenses because I refuse to earn $12 or less for an EL.
Any suggestions? Do you earn pennies for opting in?

About every 2-3 months I get a $50 to $60 payment. I was so sad when stockxpert was sold. They were one of my biggest earnings back then...

I liked Envato but had to pull my portfolio after they make US citizens pay "their" taxes. They count their share in your MISC 1099. I guess if you aren't in the US, it may be worth a try ...

I use to LOVE selling PNG's at Creative Market but then they made me essentially pay their taxes - ie counting "their cut" into my MISC 1099 as income. I don't like their new license agreement either ...

I really like the idea of setting my own prices, did I miss something? Pond 5 does it with video and I LOVE it! If I could get $2 instead of .38 cents that would be very nice...

The only Macro site I know is Alamy. I took my 3 best sellers off micro and listed them on alamy (exclusive) and not one download yet.
I hope you have them RF on Alamy and not RM - once you've sold them on the micros you can't sell them as RM on Alamy or anywhere else, because you have no idea how they are being used. If someone thinks they are getting exclusive use and then they find it all over the place they could sue you.
If they are RF on Alamy then you also can sell them on the micros so there is no need to be exclusive. It is safer to leave your best sellers on the micros and just put new images exclusive on Alamy. However, I think you will be disappointed at sales volume on Alamy.
I wrote them and asked them about this though: "Hello, My name is Angela and I am a contributor. I want to sell some RM exclusive photos but they were once sold as RF on Shutterstock and Dreamstime. Is it okay to delete them from those sites and then list them as RM? Do I have to wait 30 days or anything? They replied: "Hi Angela That wouldnt be a problem neither there will be a waiting period, you can just delete them immediately from the other sites and upload at Alamy straight away. Hope this helps. Cheers Jaideep Member Services So I'm confused now ... I thought if I removed them it was okay ...
