This is just to reconfirm that, during browsing from the certain EU countries (e.g. from LV, LT, EE IPs), the thumbnail fetching still fails for the large amount of recently accepted images, i.e. 11 out of 18 from my portfolio still do not load when found via search. The same is valid for certain amount of other portfolios as well.
+1 still some images fails to load, from Croatia.

some of my newer images returned but some are still missing, only title of image in place of thumbnail.

I have noticed some of the top selling images having minimal keywords. Where do you find your "Image gallery stats" ?
In darkroom, there is keyword trends tool also.

Yes, I've send them mail about it.
In my case, newer approved pictures cant load. Only text is loading. But older images works fine.

I don't want to insult or defend anyone, I'm also contributor on 123rf and probably will not make to 50%, not even 40%, because of my small portfolio, but I'm 100% sure then many, or maybe most of people here complaining against new commission structure have large portfolios on sites like IS and Fotolia or other sites with even smaller than 30 percent commissions.
Someone said already, works do more than just words. If someone doesn't like percentage on certain site, he/she should delete your images from there. If 100 people do that... it will say something.

In my opinion always try to have 50 relevant keywords
and when I check Image gallery stats and see which keywords buyer searched after I'm always glad to have 50.

My girlfriend, who is an illustrator, used my referral link to sign up as 123rf contributor.
She got accepted several days ago and also had her first sale today, but I do not have her in my "List of photographer you have referred".
I don't know if it need some time or something else is the problem here, and also hope that 10% cut is from 123rf not her as contributor.
If someone from 123rf answer here I can write her and my usernames.
Does anyone have someone referred in 123rf in last few weeks?

Thanks for your reply I do not have any filter on and my photos does not even have people in them... When I check my dashboard it says 9 files accepted, but when I click on "See my portfolio" only 5 of them are there. I also tried to log out and see my portfolio but only 5 photos are there.

I'm new on Fotolia and have 9 images accepted there, but when I open my portfolio I can see only 5 of them.
It's like that for more then several days so I don't know is it normal or I should do something about it?

On the contrary I've had a bad week when it comes to US sales.Instead of something like 40% of the sales, I only got about 20%, at best, from US
English is not my native language so it is not that huge compliment that it may looks like There is topic about low US sales these days on shutterstock forum, so we are not only one experiencing that.

I doubt their power to fix bugs, and also, many contributors said that their earnings from new images are not good as it used to be.
Anyway, they are still best microstock site to me.

Hey Frozensage and panicAttack,
Your images will only appear in your portfolios within 48 hours - 72 hours. However, the approved images are searchable on site 24 hours after approval by our reviewers.
As for panicAttack, we've alerted our IT department with regards to your issue and they're in the midst of rectifying the cause of it. We will keep you informed via email once they've solved the issue.

Is there a reason eventhough I can see my photo being approved but doesn't show up in portfolio?
same here. I have 10 of 12 approved images (some vectors and few photos), and they were approved 3 days ago, and still don't have anything in my portfolio. Do I need to have 10 photos and 10 vectors accepted so my account can be approved? Thanks
