just had a comment removed from the BUGS thread at iStock.. I never post anything on the forum there but it was a polite comment, I was just asking what was being done regarding the "uploading slots bug" and that it would be fair to have a few slots too (once I guess if I am uploading for almost 2 years every single week and have a little more than 600 files online, when some uploaded that in a single month), I have noticed that other (sjlocke) had a little *regarding this matter telling that they were taking care of this

... But like I said before I strongly suspect that Yuri has some kind of special deal with Fotolia ...
Sheesh! You 'strongly suspect' do you? Nothing much gets past your radar does it? Well __ apart from the "Yuri only" commission rise last year for instance, etc, etc. Of course Yuri has a 'special deal' with Fotolia. They don't even bother to disguise it. So what? Unless you are Yuri it doesn't concern you.
jeez you are always on fire and with fire, I guess you are old enough to behave and talk politely

It is possible he has a release from Diesl for the photo.. I wouldn't put that past Yuri to do.. If not, then yes it is a glaring error, but why would he shoot that in the first place, without knowing he was going to have to have it released or get rejected? I doubt Yuri just forgets to look at stuff like that before he starts shooting.. Although who knows..
thats exactly what I said.. pictures were uploaded in mistake! the main picture in this post wasnt edited (she isnt even in focus) it was on a delete folder but was upload in mistake!.. my issue was that Fotolia approved without even looking

I don't know why I continue to be surprised by human nature. I know there isn't any kind of rule (here) about not posting links to someone else's work for the sole purpose of drawing attention to what you perceive as a mistake/injustice/I've-run-out-of-charitable-reasons-behind-your-intention. And as there is no such rule, other than common human decency, my opinion counts for nothing. But I have to wonder at the motivations of posting, and commenting on these. We all make mistakes, I'm sure we have images that wouldn't pass inspection today. I'm sure we can all find examples of images that were accepted in error. I'm also sure, however, that in my own little book, singling out a photographer's work for this kind of ridicule is crass. Not that Yuri needs me as an apologist.
Thats your opinion and I respect it but I must say that this is not acceptable.. I am not even going to talk about the diesel logo.. I guess we must be equal in this industry (small or big) reviews must be done properly

Wow, amount of white blank space in the first image... I had stuff rejected for 1/4 of that. And why would he even shoot someone's wearing a trademarked t-shirt? Don't they have a giant closet full of proper clothing?...;-) Wouldn't be surprised he has special deal with Fotolia (like no reviews at all).
there isnt a single comment from you that I havent enjoyed

I guess you must tell here too that you request ITIN (like no other agency) or you will take 30% of US sales or it is from all?! (I am talking to non US contributors)
I have nothing against 3dstudio I have there a few pictures too, no sales very often, not sure to continue because of ITIN

I am also waiting for about one month? maybe... I don't even remember when I did have register in there. I think I will have to wait for about 5 more months or more, now, that I have read this forum. So, what can I do? I'll be patient. I wonder if they will e-mail me, no matter what, after I'm accepted or rejected. Or I will have to check by myself, from time to time. I will make a scheduler that will tell me to check Stockfresh every 6 months. Maybe you'll do the same thing. Good luck.
they will let you know by email.. it took me 8 months lol since the beginning

I wonder if GL is a "feed me" site, where your sales fall off if you don't keep submitting.
guess not, I think that happen in SS because of the 100k new files almost every week
