In fact, I was thinking about vectors containing traced fonts, which Istock reject.
Try to search 'happy new year' on Istock vectors, then on other sites, you will see the difference.
Have you ever submitted a picture which contains font letters ?

BTW, Istock would reject...
Any experience in contradiction ?

Yes, same problem here, back to the html form. They could at least process the files xxx.jpg as a preview for xxx.eps when uploading by ftp...

Hello, Thanks GL Reviewer, I got your email. In fact, my account is not "verified" (by sending paypal "Direct debit authority"). I preferred not to send this to Paypal, since I only get payments on it, I don't understand why they want the authorisation to debit my bank account... Btw, I am usually not charged, there is still a mystery.

Thanks to all for your help. In fact, indead, I am non-US (the way I write is a confirmation ). But I receive the payment from stock agencies by paypal, and they (most) never cut the amount I get that way. I am not talking about withdrawal to my bank, nor conversion rates that are applyed for $ -> conversion. That cut happens before the conversion. And, even if my account was in $, they cut the same... In fact, I have to validate that payment (and give them $3.73) before the conversion or refuse. The same thing happens with photomedia, an agency that pays me in euro... I wonder why this is not the case for most agencies, do they pay that cost on their side?

I just asked for a payment at Graphicleftovers. They did it very fast. But... Paypal is cutting $3.73 from the $87.88 for costs of perception. What is your experience? is it lower if I do the transfert with moneybookers? Thanks!

Thanks for your comments, personally, I was used to lock ONLY the white background for all my files, and Istock (and other stock sites) never had problems with this. I considered the white background as not being a part of the illustration, like the white paper sheet, and not having to be edited, or moved. And that makes it easier for editing objects without moving the background. But that will change for now... I don't want to spend more time for re-uploading to veer.

I had recently these rejections for vectors : "Other concerns. Some or all layers appear to be locked. This can cause problems for customers. Please unlock all layers and resubmit."I usually lock the white background, I am curious to know what kind of issue this can cause to the customer... grrrrrrrrrrrr just crazy... anyone else ?

Thanks Leaf for your answer. I was reading the another thread too. I have also a moneybookers account that I don't use, I will keep using Paypal, since the difference is insignificant, as I thought.

Is moneybookers a good way to lower the fees? (euro conversion) what are the numbers compared to Paypal? Thank you for your advices!

Something I really don't like with MB is it was impossible to contact them by phone, when it was impossible to get my money, due to a technical problem on their plateform. The contact via mail was quite evasive.
