so, since Elements do not have Pen tool, I need to get Photoshop itself, right ?

here is how i do:
I go into Full Edit, select Magic Selection Brush Tool F, select the object, do Inverse Selection,
do go to Edit Fill Selection and Fill it with white. Last step Deselect. Then I zoom in the image and see that the time has been wasted, since the brim of the image is punctuated with lots of white wholes. Very frustrating.

I have a constant problem when isolating objects with Photoshop Elements 5. Every isolated
object has lot of tiny white holes on the rim of the object after i separate it from background.
I am inclined to buy CS2 just for isolating objects properly. What do you think?

how one converts a private lightbox into a public one ? Btw, they do not say that a lightbox to be public should have 2 members

I do not care where they are based. I would like them to implement ftp. Right now the uploading to them is a stress. No ftp, and their regular procedure is not working for me today.

I have selected the object, then inversed the selection and filled the background with pure white and that did the trick.

I have Elements 5 and can, not always though, isolate and object. Say, I want to isolate on white. Then I have to have a blank background to paste the isolated object to. The question really is what is the best way to produce a perfect, neutral white blank background? Mine tend to be overly bright, or gray ...
