It is totally confusing ... and probably meant to be.
Two of my images, both sold today, both medium, both 4 credits (2010), one for $1.20 the other for $1.11. What could possibly be the difference?
No, I haven't queried support. I never understand the response.
could be one from the USA.. but I have the same issue very often..

I'm guessing they're going to test their sales processing script really carefully. And once they're confident it's right, they'll report last month's sales. Better to get the site back online without November sales than keep it down for days more, or so I suspect they convinced themselves.
I would guess you are right. I am sure we didn't all have 0 sales... They just haven't reported them yet.
We got our numbers. we sold 11 PP's for Nov for a huge ammount of 3.30$.
They are talking about XP (Hemera collection)

Decent sales or not, I won't get into bed with a site that is related in any way to a site that deals in pirated images. I've had to send many requests to DepositFiles to remove my work from their site, so no way will I willingly submit images to DepositPhotos.
never heard of that, can you tell us more?

BTW, I requested a payout just in case.

Thankfully. I got scared everyone migrated over to TS.
A glitch no doubt but it is possible your earnings there will go up. Buyers don't want to leave IS altogether, so they're finding what they need over on Thinkstock. Some of you do have the exact same images in both places, no?
no, that's not possible.. duplicates were taken, there was no point to keep the same pictures..

really?? must be where I have the lowest approval
so they say: that placement in search results is influenced by approval - don't know if it's true or just a urban legend
We will have the answer soon, I have sent a message to Mat Hayward who is always very helpful

I just had a "SMS sale" of a XL-size and my share was only 0.24$. Anyone experiencing the same? This is an insult, selling XL photos for 0.24$.
also had one minutes ago, same nice royalties

I also like the FREE part but honestly for how long??..
Well, they could find other ways to support this project, such as referrals (already there I suppose if one signs up through their system), or asking sites to pay for inclusion in their list, or asking us to upload to their own microstock agency as well - if they have one
I would find these options perfecty acceptable in exchange for a free service
I would love to have this always as a FREE service, don't even care why it is BUT don't want to have 200 files instead of one (I am sure Pixamba will get there)

OH BOY!.. I have sent ONE file to FT and have like 200 of the same now there.. NICE!

Files are stored for 3 days only so it can explain in part the FREE:)
if it keeps its more than enough

SS or other agency changes daily.. I say this because one day got rejections for property, other day they approve.. could be the reviewer dont understand and never will unless they (agencies) have the same policies

I'm still having rejection problems with DT, they rejected one yesterday that's accepted everywhere else and sells. I just don't get on with them anymore, such a shame their the only big site that finds some of my best images "not quite what were looking for". What I find most annoying is that they accept landscapes that don't sell as well. I'm going to have to query every time they reject something that I think is going to sell or its going to cost me money in the long term.
I like a lot all DT style but have a lot of rejections lately also..
