I tried getting on Graphic River they kept rejecting everything so I gave up on it last year.  I may try again but it's difficult and I don't know if I want to put myself through that agony again.

They have got to get a handle on these server issues.  Just cleaning up the databases could possibly help.

Does that new level 0 only apply to images that will be currently uploaded?  Because I'm not seeing a change on any of my (200+) files that's never been dl'ed.  They're still at level 1.

I'm already physically exhausted today and I don't really want to add brain exhausted to it.

Tineye your heart. I just tried to reply to this but my post closed.  There are over 20 results for the heart.  Didn't even check the brain yet.  You have a lot of tears online. You just need to use the Tineye plugin and maybe not the Tineye uploader.  You have *tons* now.

Hey I was just coming here to post that   I found it last night LOL using the tin eye plugin.  Still can't find the brain using tin eye possibly those could be downloaded by teachers and whatnot for anatomy classes.  Still can't find any of the enhanced license downloads that I've gotten (4 of them) those would be nice to see

Probably should've been more on the tennis ball than on the out of bounds line in front of it since the actual "focus" of the image is a tennis ball in flight.  That's presuming that the tennis ball is somewhat out of focus and it's hard to tell from that size.

Just noticed the link to the image and it does look slightly OOF on the left of the ball.  It's also possible it could get nailed for white balance and lighting. 

Got one the other day for $6.25.  I'm scratching my head as to what license it would be under as there's no clear cut explanation in either FAQ aside from 1 credit =$1.00.  I'm still considered a rookie so my take is 25% but 25% of what amount would give me $6.25.  Wait....nevermind it was an expanded license.  I did the math and ended up with 50 so don't mind me.

Just wish their statistics were more thorough so I'm not guessing at stuff.

Yes. I have 86% acceptance rate and a limit of 35. Much too low.

I'm just under 70% and can only upload 18 a week.  It doesn't bother me as I do anywhere from 5-10 a week (vectors) but if I was doing more photographs then I would be highly annoyed or if I could get 20 or more vectors done a week.  And I also don't do a ton of similars either (that's what killed my acceptance ratio last year when I got back online because I didn't know about it).

Let's just hope that this only lasts a few weeks and things will get back to normal for those that do a high volume of images.  It doesn't hurt me but I can really sympathize with those of you that do a lot more than the minimum they're going to take right now.  Also makes me wonder if it hurts sales.  I also agree that the ones abusing the system should be penalized and not everyone else who follows all the rules and guidelines.

@LSD72 I'd like to get my Etsy shop and my Zibbet shop going but where we live the closest post office is in the next towns either west or east.  We don't have one for some reason.

Can't wait for spring either when we can actually go out walking and I'll drag the camera with me.  All of the interesting stuff seems to be in everyone else's yard

I got de-motivated back in mid-November.  I just got burnt down and out and had to take a break.  I'm finally back to making vectors but want to expand my photography skills soon.  I get tired and bored really easy but I have to keep going as this is the only income I have right now.  I wish I could make better images to make better money but I need some things before that will eventually happen.

I try my best not to work on micro Friday - Sunday.  Saturday is my drinking and listen to hard rock/metal night.  Seems to have helped me out a bit concerning my creativity and my motivation.  I've been blasting through all of my unfinished illustrator files in the last few days and got that folder down to around 15 left to either trash or finish.

I can agree that it's extremely hard to find motivation when companies are cutting commissions and rejecting a ton of stuff lately and I'm sure it's not all our fault that this crap has been happening in the last 6-9 months.  Take a bit of a break and do something else that you like to do.  I knit and crochet on the weekends as well and I always come out of it refreshed and ready to take on the next week.

I think sometimes we need to just take a step back and figure out really who we are and what we want to get out of this game.  I've had my fair share of rejections and frustrations and ups and downs.  Just gotta pick yourself up and say "You will not beat me".

Take some time for yourselves.  Go and shoot stuff that isn't for stock just for you.  Go draw that graphic for yourself and do with it what you wish no one's gonna reject it if you love it.

Is that your first payout reached at FT?  If it is it can take 2 weeks to process.  That's about how long it took for me to receive my first payment.  I've been getting regular sales there lately so yeah it is worth it.  And I agree that it does take some time for new images to get views and sales.

+1 I didn't know that either thought Fotolia was the only one with that policy.  I went ahead and set mine to disable eventhough it'll be 2 years with this agency come this May.

Yep they're back up.  Got an email back from support this morning and they told me they were having a problem with the login page.  So everything is working fine now.
