Shutterstock.com / Re: Ss wake up!!! People are leaving you!!!!« on: June 05, 2020, 06:26 »
SS might be fine but if you are a creator then you will not be fine there. It's best to educate buyers and promote your work on sites that are fair.

I made over 1k on SS last month, mostly video. I have done this as my living for the past 10 years. I am happy to say I have disabled my images today and am watching video closely! I am now only submitting to Adobe Stock at this time

Very correct, if Adobe has an Exclusive collection this will help the most, Exclusive Editorial would be a huge help as well. Buyers will want the latest and best. Price will be secondary if it can't be purchased anywhere else!

General Stock Discussion / Re: Pond5 exclusively« on: May 29, 2020, 11:28 »
Yes, You have to have a separate account for exclusive files only. What you upload that account must remain exclusive. Any other work you did not upload to the exclusive account you can upload to other sites.

I find it amazing to see artist turn on each other in these times of crisis! Fact is they want us too and they want in no way for us to unite. Another fact is we can all work together for the betterment of the community to protect our earnings no matter our views. There has been some very constructive battle plans laid. We need to start a new thread not talking about SS as they could care less about us, but the ways we have to fight back together, this they will fear.

Truly the most powerful way is to have a large enough group of people disable their port on June 1

General - Stock Video / Re: Whatever happened to blackbox? How has the experience been, some advise on joining it?« on: May 06, 2020, 16:48 »
I would love to test MS+ I can get my video clip up to one site, all sites have a green check but on the upload page it says "ignored" by two of the agencies and I have no idea how to fix it, I can not find any support to ask on the site as well. The only reason I am not using it is because I can't get it to work and I have used a LOT of different services.

This is so crazy, now I can't tell you the future but as of now you stand a better chance of dying of heart disease, car accident, weather related injuries, cancer and the list goes on. This is still a very minor virus at this point, you still have more to fear from the flu!!

General Stock Discussion / Re: Coronavirus ?« on: March 09, 2020, 12:49 »
On the other hand since people can leave and still have work they will buy stock instead of shooting their own. Could be a boon for us.

Pond5 / Re: Poll: Pond5 exclusive (dropped excl. option added)« on: February 18, 2020, 07:02 »
Only doing the % math not the earnings, I have sold a lot of exclusive files and it is not 50% earnings difference, I can post that.

Pond5 / Re: Poll: Pond5 exclusive (dropped excl. option added)« on: February 18, 2020, 06:33 »

I honor the system! really whats the point if you don't want to have exclusive files then don't You have to be a real low life to sell your integrity for 10%
