If I click on "Home" it just takes me back to Shutterstock for images. Also, my last 4 images to be accepted are not showing in my main catalogue even though they come up in searches.

All showing now but some don't show up in search, even when I type in relevant keywords and under NEW. It's strange that when only 4 files were up I got a download but now all 321 are up and not a single download. Even when my initial 10 were passed I got a download before I switched my account off.
Also, when I am on the site browsing images, how do I navigate back to my account ? There is no way of doing this. No link.

A day ago I activated my SS account so buyers can see my files. Yet still my portfolio shows no files and they are also not showing on the site 
Is there a bug on the site ?
Sounds normal. It may take 24 hours for files to be indexed by the servers.
Try looking at your account and NEW and see?
Yes, I can see the new images I had passed today but that's all.

Well it's next morning and still nothing showing in my port or in the search. "You don't have any content to organize. Please upload some so you can use this tool!"
The first time I was accepted, I already had a sale before I switched my live account off. That was immediate. Now it seems to be not working.

Ok, so I switched my account back on with SS now I am indie. Nothing has changed. I can't see my now accepted images. I can't even use catalog manager because it tells me I have nothing to organize. I have 317 images up. Is there a delay before they are online ?

Most of the ones I re-submit were turned away again, some with added reasons like trademark, limited commercial value. This means a day's work re-editing was a waste of time AND they moved the goalposts. It really depends who you get as some pass loads and others fail loads.
The ones re-submitted that were turned away for lighting were 100% perfect in Raw Shooter. The colour scale was all within limits. Again, images that I know sell on IS which is frustrating. I don't think I can be bothered to edit another batch for re-submition unless they are my best selling oh IS.

I have got myself into a bit of a mess on my hard drive with my categories as some files fit into a few genres.
Has anyone got a simple list which works and makes it easy to find them fast they would like to share so I can rename my folders and get them organised better ? I only use Raw Shooter to edit so I don't have automatic file naming software or anything. I also have the Raw and the JPEG versions of each file which makes it more complex. Of course my Raw files are numbered by the camera as I haven't got round to naming them. I don't want another of the same name to over wright it. Some have already disappeared mysteriously due to this I think.

Only 3 more days of being shackled to IS and then freedom :-) I have just over 300 files already in at SS. I am sure it will be worth it. IS has flatlined for me so I won't miss anything really and most of my downloads there are for audio.
You've uploaded to ss but opted out of ss til the IS shackles come off? On the front page of ss they have a lightbox called New Artists, this is partly why those who join get a tremendous amount of downloads initially. Once u opt in to ss, I hope you still appear there.
How can I do any other ? If I go live before my IS exclusivity is over I could jepordize my place at IS. Are you suggesting I do the wrong thing ?

No, it didn't work. Why do they take so long to upload to then only show as a blank space on SS ? It's so frustrating.
I had the same problem. It is normally associated with slow connection speed. Go to your account settings and deselect "Automatic FTP processing" (tickbox right at the bottom of the page - change to "No"). The server tends to start processing your upload before it is finished and therefore this high number of corrupted uploads. This change will prevent that from happening.
It solved my problem 100%.
I have done that and now non of my files are coming through. I have turned it back on again.

Some of my images that have been refused are on the basis of lighting or WB. Am I allowed to re-submit without being suspended ? I am reluctant because there is no option of writing a note to the reviewer.
