This happend to me as well and I discovered AI images with titles identical to mine in every rarely used 15 words even to the rare location in North Europe, which of course was not there. I guess these great AI "artists" copy titles of high ranking images to generate their images. Would be nice to know if you find images with identical titles, too.

On Adobe Stock I don't  see any watermarks at all recently. Anyone else? Why is that?

What about crowd funding for a lawsuit? We are so many, if everyone gives 1-5 $ or € - no big loss. The agencies and platforms claim fair use or experimental, but in fact all earn money with it besides us.  I mean, they have taken not only our images or parts but also our titles and keywords. Only that's why it is possible to make pictures from words. Without our images and keywords no single AI image could have been generated. In contrast to a person or even a child, who can paint or take photos by oneself not needing our stuff. So much about intelligence...

Now, the rejections on Adobe get ridiculous. I had two photos of Cartagena (townhall and Roman theatre) rejected because they are too similar to previously submitted photos in my portfolio. I have never been to Cartagena before, so these two are my first photos of Cartagena ever submitted. In my portfolio of 2500 images I have 8 pics of town halls of several cities. Does this rejection reason mean that the townhall of city A is too similar to the townhall of city B? And I am not allowed to submit photos of townhalls of different cities? What worries me, people get their account closed because of similarity. So, when I submit a further townhall from another city I will risk to get my account closed? I don't understand these rejection rules and how a "reviewer" (AI?) can think the townhall of city A is the same as of city B.
