Hi i write some advices for newbies for boost sales. I writed this text in italian and translated with Google so i dont' know if it is correct.

Check the photos that are sold more as you an idea of what you requested, after some 'shots that you'll find many photos on the same topic as could be, for example, the "Business" or "Health & Wellness"; doing so a buyer who is looking for photos of that notion by visiting your photos might be intrigued by other similar in your portfolio are more likely to sell.

One thing that advice to do is to write key words - in English - on file with a program like Photoshop or similar as I have already explained in keywording, taking great care to include only those relevant words with photography.

When you go to send the photos to review the site analyzes the metadata and recommend new relevant keywords with those already already entered. You can remove or retain them if they are valid for that photo. In this case, before sending the image to review, you'll want to copy them and put them in the metadata file with Photoshop (or similar program) so when you go to upload the files to other agencies such new words are already present.

After your photos have been accepted on the various agencies something that advice to do is to create collections (lightbox) where certain photos together by theme. In 8 days i have selled 2 EL of the same photo for 50 credits each. I have just raised all my EL at maximum price and when i'll reach next level i'll do it again.

Whit this EL sales i have my BME at Fotolia

This month I have 6 sales, last 7.

Today i have upload a batch and after i have done it i have asked by email to review my files. Usually they do it the same day i request review.

I'm reporting an increase of sales here from october and this month is better!

What is your situation ?

For me in november at day 13:

IS - very slow but last days is better
SS - slow
FT - very close to BME
StockXpert - already BME
DT - a little slow
BigStock - 0

Which price do you set for Extended License at Fotolia?

My ranking is Bronze (100-1000 dls) and it is possible to set price from 10$ to 50$: i have chosen maximum price.

Do you usually sell images with this license and which price do you have set?

i have asked it 2 days ago to Moodboard, their reply: "The FTP will be ready next week"

and if this is the trend it could be about 20 $ at the end of November

Where i can try to sell this photos? On Dreamstime with editorial license or on other websites or agencies?
