Same struggle here. I've tested Gemini but it keeps forgetting instructions, VisualMind is good but the per-image cost adds up fast (pas rentable).
Recently found SendStock AI and it ticks all the boxes for me. Batch processing, writes to IPTC/XMP, CSV export. You can use your own API key or a local LLM so no per-image cost. Also has similarity detection to avoid those "too similar" rejections.
Worth a look if you have a big backlog.
