I wanted to change my email at Fotolia because my old one isn't valid anymore. So I edited it in my account information.
I then got this mail from them:

"Your account: iahulbak, was not validated because important information seems to be missing or incorrect (name, addresses, phone number, etc.).

Please modify this information by updating the My Profile section of your Fotolia account.

You will have 2 days to make these changes. If no modifications are made, your account will be removed."

I just don't understand what they mean. All my other information is correct, and has been the same for all  the 8 years I've been a contributor.

Photo uploading doesn't work either. I get this Message: We regret to inform that we will disable queueing of files to process until further notice.

It's not working now either.  I Can't edit the images I have uploaded.

I've always had a few sales every day on Fotolia. But now they have stopped. I haven't had a download since March 28th.

I have totally forgotten how to ask for payout on 123RF. The only option I can find is "Convert Balance to Credits", and I don't want to do that.
Or do I get paid automatically?

It is a guest purchase, available to anyone with no membership required. And you earn more money from it.

Do you guys know if any of the other microstock agencies have guest downloads like Canstock has?

I was charged a few dollars on my last payment. The payment was done with credit card through PayPal, so I guess that's why.

I have only had one sale there. And that was over a year ago.

BigStock has always been one of my favourites.

My sales were low too. So I asked them to delete my images and close my account. They did so, and they also paid me the $ 28 I had on my account.
