The question is how do they know in the first place if the image was ai-edited or not, do they take a guess by looking at the image, do they engage some ai agents to check it, or are there any editing meta-data saved in the file that show explicitly that ai was used, if so where are these data saved?

No, I did not clear the cookies, but all of a sudden, my sales stats are back again, just checked the site today and there are back. So it had to be some error on the P5 side. Thanks everyone for trying to help me resolve this problem. Some problems just go away on their own.

Cache cleared, another internet browser used, still the same problem, no sales data available, just like I've had no sales whatsoever. Guess I will have to contact the P5 support

When I try to see my sales stats on Pond5 "My Financial" tab I get a message: Unable to load Financial data. it doesn't matter what period I choose, same thing. I know I have sold some staff, not many, but last when I checked it was around 50$ total. Now I dont see anything. Is it an error or sth more sinister?

Actually, my images sold for approx. 0,6$ to 1$,  per image, so considering other stock agencies is not bad these days, the only problem is I cannot track my sales in anyway at the Freepick site. And fyi I am not going to upload any new images there, I just didnt want to loose what I already have uploaded to Eyeem, that's it.

As I mentioned above I have opted in to have my portfolio transferred to freepick, as a matter of fact when I click my old Eyeem link I am redirected to new freepick site with my new account there, but there's nothing there yet. But I guess I have no choice but to wait, maybe they (freepick) have already been trading my images,  even though the images have not officially landed on their site, who knows.

Yes, I mean as of today, and there are few more new sales reported after I posted here. no way to access the site, I have a freepick account created to move my EyeEm collection there in order not to loose sales opportunity, but it looks like none of my images have been transfered to freepick site, and there is nowhere there sales balance tab that could reflect these strange recent EyeEm sales. So the question is: where is the money?

Today that is 23 Feb 2026 I have received email notifying me that I have sold a few images via  EyeEm Market. Great, but since that Eyem was taken over by Freepic and Eyem site no longer exists I obviously cannot access my Eyem earnings account on nonexisting  EyeEm site. So what is going on? How on Earth are these images still being sold via  EyeEm market. Anybody have the same issue?
PS. I have just receive yet another image sold notification while writing this post. How to claim my "big money"?

Hi,
Uploading these days new content to AD can pose new challenges and risks of being rejected or even worst having your account blocked.
With my recent batch of 3D renders created in Blender 3D, virtually each image got rejected for one of these three reasons:
illegal use of artist's name, no declaration of using AI to create image, content not complying with general guidelines.
I've been submitting 3d renders to Adobe since 2017, but this is first time to receive such weird notification. And no, no AI was used in the stage of creating the models and renders. Images are of general theme. generic coins with plants on white, or a human silhouette filled with medicine pills.
Now should I reupload the images and mark as AI generated, even if there weren't or should I attach property release for each of them and each 3d render in the future? Does anybody has similar experience with 3d renders submission to AD?

Hi, has anyone missed his latest payment in May from SS? My latest payment has not been calculated, no email sent to me at the beginning of this month (May) it is 15th of May and no payment received via paypal and yes I am eligible to receive the money. Trying to contact SS directly via their site and got stupid canned answer redirecting me to their Q&A section which did not clarified anything. Oh, and the earning amount has not been cleared for May so it's still been adding to April amount.
Anyone in the same shoes?

Adobe Stock / Negative credit balance
November 07, 2013, 11:42
Now that I withdrew my credits via paypal, I have negative credit balance on my account, equalling the amount withdrawn. After requesting money from FT my account was always cleared to 0$ when processed. and new sale credits kept adding until I could request another payment. This time new credits add to the negative balance so until I see 0$ I need to earn the amount previously withdrawn?
Am I doomed? Anyone has experience the same case?

Image Sleuth / Artgalore scam?
March 04, 2013, 23:18
Hello, Anyone know this site: www.artgalore.ca
I have found my images with Fotolia logo being sold as canvas and posters. Are they scam or Fotolia partners?
Here's link with my images:

I have just received my FT payment today requested on March 6th, so it took them about 2 weeks. I hope you receive all your payments soon, too!  :)
