Same here. Strangely some of the bigger files got through while some of the smaller ones were rejected for being too big. 4MP is awfully small.

I've been patiently watching the countdown and it appears that it is finally live.

I really excited for how this may improve my workflow and help me catch up on my backlog of iStock submissions.

So far I haven't been able to upload files to the qhero site. It starts uploading, but then the window abruptly closes and the file never shows up. I know it just launched so they probably have some bugs to work out.

Has anyone else tried it yet?

It contains all the custom metadata (categories, releases list, agency-specific fields, etc.). There are no fields in metadata standards designed for this information so the program has to store it in the comment.
There is simply no other way, unfortunately.

It looks like Pond5 has made progress in a lot of the areas discussed here.

I know this thread is old, but in case you're still reading Pond5, here's my top annoyance (which have been mentioned by others):
Having to upload the same video clip in different resolutions, making double or triple the work. Especially troublesome with large 4K files.

Any developments on the auto-convert feature?
