Same thing... submitted the first 25 batch and still waiting for a responce... Any news about the timing for approva?

it definitelely WAS POSSIBLEif you've started years ago... but today? Really really hard...

I live only with microstock... since 2011 I think... but today this world is in the middle of a very big Chrisis... we're in downtrend since 2 year and at this point I cannot see how things could possible turn in better any time soon...
Millions of new images... easy approval process.... hudreds of thousands of new contributors...
Things are discouraging today for a beginner....

I would never give up earning what I earn just for the concept "I don't want to give away my works or pennys"... that's a child way of thoughts...

I've never been as satisfied as with microstock... But I know that only a few can live with this and the days coming are even HARDERS... but I'll keep upload my vectors till I'll earn twice or more of a normal job... that's my thought...

Just 2 things:
1." Probably I earn more that you"... I say aahahaha :-D no offense ....but if you would have my monthly downloads you wouldn't quit the business... just a CLEVER thing...
2. I don't believe that just 1 pic of 1000$ sometimes can be compared to thusands of CONSTANT monthly sales... that's another OBVIOUS thing...

And again.. if you earn 150% on MS ( I DON'T BELIEVE YOU ) compared to your regular job.... you've something wrong to quit...

It's easier to BLAME someone else for a fail rather than look into ourself errors... Quit instead fight it's not a solution... as I said... just a CHILD THOUGHT...


PS: Maybe there could be some confusion with quotes and name... of course my original answer was for the makes of the post and all my exposed ideas

Ss is absolutely the BeSt...

You do not need to panic for that...
Recently it happens when they have 60000 new photos every week... They refuse because reviewed probably cannot accept everything...

JUST RESUBMIT UNTIL THEY ACCEPT YOU..

You'll see that SS will grow fastet if you have quality imagesas you said...

That will never be a good idea...

Even if you do not do anything you'll get some money in long basis terms...

If you've done it microstock wouldn't be you primary source of income..
I could never permit myself to quit... That's actually MY LIFE AND MY PASSION AT THE SAME TIME...

Anyway good luck...
But we alll know that there's no othet way to make such a money with our images in othet environments...

I am happy for you but come on guys ... Any classification that doesn't include numbers of sales it's unuseless...

I use to sell thousands of vector monthly on ss and hundreds daily and candtock maybe do half of an average day on SS in 3 months😂😂

I'm agree that today it could be really difficult to create something competitive but I also thing that ICS is right...
If a new agency comes to me (an agency did that I for me it was a pleasure to join) and said that I only have to register and then upload everything by FTP and after I don't have to do nothing...

Under this term I dont' see nothing wrong...

Of course before I would at least seen a professional looking website perfectly running... :-D

Hi ... and hi to everyone (this is my first post here, I've discoved only now this big community!)

Ok so... before start I'm just telling you that microstock is my main job and I create everyday something and I used to upload every week from 10 to 20 new vectors and I have a big portfolio now.. considering that this is my 4th year in this business.

I can tell you that at the beginning (for the first 2 years) the low earner sites used to earn so low (Compared to SS)that I didn't want to spend too much time about uploading on such sites...
After 2 year.. I've started to produce much more quality works and at the same time I've decided to upload my vectors almost everywhere ... so TODAY I can tell you that low earner agencies all together can earn something that you wouldn't like to lose.... So even if a website earn as low as 200 or 300 dollar a month ... if you think about 3 or 4 low earners .. they can go over a 1 thousand and it's not a bad number to add to the best seller agencies...
Of course if on a low earner you earn only 5  10 or 20 dollars ....maybe you are not sure if deserve you effort ..BUT .. trust me ..if one day you'll have on your best agencies 3000 or 4000 and then you'll decide to upload your files in other agencies.. you're gonna be crazy to upload such a number of images...

So my suggestion is start TODAY to upload everywhere, even if you earn the money to go one or two times to a good restaurant then do it! Something is better than nothing....

And we should be honest, once you attach the keywords to your images and you upload by FTP your images on all agencies then you only have to submit the images on site... It's nothing so paintful and complicated:

For example if you upload 20 images a week then in 20 minutes you can keyword all the images (you have also the microstock keywording tool...). Then open the FTP client and setup the uplaod in all agencies, time for this? almost 20 minutes.. do it before go to sleep and the pc will work for you at the night.
The day after you only have to do the submit after the categories selections..if you have 10 agencies... 1 or 2 hours are enough for sure...so.

At the end ... My advise is: find 1,5 or 2 hours every monday (for example) and submit everywhere..

Set up a work flow... at the end you'll do it automatically even without think about it!! :-D
