Thanks for your posts. It seems to be working again for me too. 

Since about a week ago every time I try the web upload I get to the 2nd page and it says "No files found in the processing queue". Tried several browsers and get the same message. Wonder if it's due to new version of Adobe Flash? Is anyone else experiencing the same problem?
