In my opinion is better to get $93 a week for ELs with missing $20 than getting $28 a week without $20 missing.

I will not opt out, it was a good change for some of us. Before I had +/- one EL a week and 4 last days got me 4 ELs $28 $28,50 $17,93 $18,88. You do the maths, I prefer to take photos.

well today i have only 4 sales on fotolia, shutter is below average today, do we get money for free download or not?

The question is how much will we get. Last time it was clear: 50% of 9,99$ = 4,99 buyer pays=3.30 we get. Now it seems like for the free month for new customers we get 1.65$, but it can be 0,99 (?) if buyer will sign up for one year of Adobestock https://stock.adobe.com/promo/firstmonthfree. And I have no idea how much should we get for 120 free images offered for MAX attendees.
Yes, in the newsletter they sent out, Adobe said we would be getting paid for the free downloads given away.
Where in this email Adobe said that we would be getting paid for free downloads? "We wanted to inform you that regardless of this offer occurring, your commission will be unchanged and you will continue to generate royalties at the current rate." - English is not my first language and this is not clear for me. Mayebey they mean that commision will be unchanged for our usual sales, not the ones given for free. Don't you think that if Adobe was about to give us money from their pocket they would annouce that very clearly and give info rearding the fee?

tahanks jjneff, I was considering getting Phantom2 with GoPro4 but my research shows that Phantom's3 camera gives better quality still photo. on the other hand having a copter without built in camera gives you possibility to change optics when there is something new/better on the market without changing a drone. Sending a dslr into the sky is very expensive, i was thinking about compact camera, but gimbals are also expensive toys. There are some rc tech guys willing to assemble the system for compact, but I don't want to carry a soldering gun in my bag and all those sticking out wires looks user unfriendly.
Have you been exercising on smaller copters before flying P3?

madman - yes ShadySue - i don't think symbio is now a threat to big agencies Sebalos - that is why i said about investing. Maximilian - prices similar to other sites but higher percentage for us, there would be a lot to discuss. maybe to avoid hassle with inspecion of each file we could for example accept only trusted contributors considering their portfolio. I have no plan just the idea but if you say it is bad let's stick to the topic, sit in a circle and hold hands; my name is Anna, last month i've earned 2grands less than in the same month last year. For me it's about protecting myself, I'd rather be safe than sorry. It only takes a second to fill out a release. And standards change, maybe next week SS won't take a release that doesn't match the date the photo was taken. Then how much of a pain in the a is it going to be to get a new release.
sorry, i thought it was question about uploading separate releases for the exif date to match, not filling

Instead of crying how bad they treat us while we let them, why don't we invest in OUR stock site? We could have good prices, comparing to top tier cause no ceos holiday sponsoring, only fee for site maintenance. We are creative minds capable of good and big ad campaign in media. I think customers would like the idea that they pay straight to artists pocket, avoiding addicional agency fee.
Is it possible?

I had lower back pain until got an ergonomic chair with a laptop stand, also bought a special mouse pad to attach to the armrest and i love this system.
