I don't know how to downsize an image, how do you do that? I have Photoshop CS6.

Hi! 
I have noticed that colors and saturation in the images doesn't look the same from one agency to another. For example, the same images look allright on Shutterstock but are oversaturated and have too much contrast on Dreamstime, and on Most Photos they look pale. Why is it like that?
