I have been seeing the following message on my Adobe Stock Contributor portal for quite some time:"Dear contributor, your Adobe Stock contributor account has been de-activated. Please see your email for more information or Contact us."

Have you managed to get your account unlocked or received any guidance from Adobe? I'm in a very similar situation and haven't been able to get any response from Adobe support regarding my case (number is 00450956). Any advice or insights from your experience would be greatly appreciated.

I have been seeing the following message on my Adobe Stock Contributor portal for quite some time:"Dear contributor, your Adobe Stock contributor account has been de-activated. Please see your email for more information or Contact us."

I have contacted Adobe Support several times, but I always receive the following automated reply:

Dear Faisal,
Thank you for contacting us. We have received your message and your case number is 00449032.
A comprehensive overview and detailed information on most questions can be found in our Guide for Adobe Stock Contributors.
Kind Regards,
Adobe Contributor Relations

All the content I uploaded is completely original and complies with Adobe Stock submission guidelines. I did upload a few AI-generated images, which might have triggered the issue, although those assets did not perform well financially.

At this point, I'm unsure how to proceed. Could you please advise whether I should wait for further communication from adobe team, or if I am allowed to create a new contributor account to continue submitting my work?

I would greatly appreciate your guidance on how to resolve this matter.

Best regards,
Faisal Javed

I use camtasia or filmora, both are way easy to use. But if you are talking about really professional way of editing videos, then you must start learning Premier Pro!

As a newcomer to stock video this will be a million dollar question for me :)
I'm sure with the help of experienced contributors (video only) we newbies can save time and efforts to work on the very best only!
Thanks in advance
