This is it : earnings above 50.
I deleted all my pictures, 20 by 20.
Adieu 123RF, no regrets.

A few clarifications:
Images are generated by typing a description, without upload any picture. They are 1024x1024p which is not enough for Selling them as such. After a few tries, i understand images seems uniques and do not really yet exist(but i know it comes from a training on similar pictures result).
I tried some caricatural work below(see downsized image in attachment). The swimming pool picture is mine.
Every single added item is AI generated ( towels, buoys, waterguns, footprints, human legs...)
Before i go further, my question is : can i sell this picture ?
Edit : I did a reversed image search with AI generated content, no results, i'm convinced that these images do not exist.

Hi all, hi Mat. I've got an invitation to use DALL-E. DALLE is a new AI system that can create realistic images and art from a description in natural language : https://openai.com/dall-e-2/It gives really impressive results ! According to terms of use, i own the content generated by this AI and can even sell it.Is it possible to include this kind of element in my images and submit as stock ? Terms of use : https://labs.openai.com/policies/termsRegards, Thomas

Unfortunately, the only way to avoid this is to delete your port as opposed to disabling it. My port is disabled and I have accepted that the SS game for me is over. So I'll ride this out for a bit longer before I carve out the time to manually delete my work. For me personally, that's phase two.
There is a very helpful script (ssremover) to remove files from SS in a batch. Explanations are here (nothing complicated) : https://www.microstockgroup.com/35653/35653/msg552685/#msg552685
Would it be possible to make a script to automatically like all tweets with #BoycottShutterstock on twitter. If we all ran it daily we'd get some really good reach of the hashtag

Social networks works so hard to avoid it, you can create the script but twiter will so likely to delete or punish your account.
I use python language, it works well !
For twiter bots?
Yes , with the twython module(there are other ones). twitter provides an API. I can give you the code if tou want

I noticed that while we are protesting against injustice on the part of Shutterstock, there are people who continue to upload their images to Shutterstock. They couldn't even wait a month? Are they really nuts? And if the Second World War were going on, whose side would they be on?..
a new low!!! (w many pluses? ) so now if you don't support the boycott you're a nazi? shame!!!
Attention please: Godwin point approaching

I think database at the bottom isn't the same for days, I think yesterday or 2 days ago it was 326.sth.sth
Yes , but it doesnt match the search result.

when you go for a blank search, the whole database appears and look at the total , now it's 324,705,176 https://www.shutterstock.com/searchbut at the bottom of their site page, you can see 325,718,566 (the same since several days) is the database decreasing more than we think ? Actually, i hope so

Who I am: I've been doing stock for 14 years. At one time I was the #1 video contributor at iStock. My videos have earned millions for the agencies I submit to. I've been with ShutterStock for about 10 years. Today I have thousands of top performing videos at several agencies.
Who I am not: A desperate artist that will accept a pittance in royalties from any agency.
Today I opted out of image and video sales at ShutterStock.
Great move, are you ready to spread it on twitter #BoycottShutterstock @Shutterstock ?

EDIT:
The jumping shark is a BBC clip, most likely ripped from YouTube, probably like the rest of the footage.
https://stock.adobe.com/video/shark-jumping-slow-motions/175014389
Who approves this stuff? Sure, a lot of it could slip through, but a jumping great white in super slow motion? I would think most people would have seen this clip before, and even if that isn't the case with the particular reviewer, it should raise suspicion.
is it reported to Adobe now ?

Yay! Site is up and running. Any ideas what is causing these problems?
1) Coronavirus? 2) Huawei? 3) Russia?
1 & 2 & 3 ?

Stock photography died 5 years ago. Stock footage is dying now. People posting about their financial successes only accelerated the inevitable over-supply. Time to adapt and look for another way to make money people.
Yes. To all of contributors: go away (and leave me alone)
